  • @emeraldcity1214 I always admire the self control to not poas.  I always give in, otherwise I will go crazy.  Logically though, a clear positive would be much preferred to analyzing a squinter.

@kimmer1412 I was about to shower, but your post reminders/inspired me to work out before I do, so thank you!

  • @holly321 the emotional rollercoaster I was on last cycle is not something I want to repeat. It was pure torture. Plus, I think I'm ok with seeing a negative but I'm not. It crushes me.

@kimmer1412 good for you for working out. I keep thinking about it and then decide to do it another day. 🤦‍♀️

@lcking82 I don't know how you stop temping. I feel like that would drive me insane even more. Ugh, the TWW is torture in so many ways.

@inthewoods23 we are going to be testing on the same day. FX for both of us!
  • @holly321 Nice looking chart!  Enjoy your bonus day off :)
@inthewoods23 Oh man, I feel you on DH leaving things everywhere!  Why do you socks need to be on the dining room floor, and your tools ALL over the house?!  Why?!
@emeraldcity1214 Yay for making it another day without POAS!  I think I'll be testing on Thursday too even though there isn't much of a chance.
@bean1818 I hope your Dad continues to recover well.  Exciting to get a new puppy!

    Month/Cycle: TTC since June 2017

    CD/DPO: 22/7

    Timing: good

Typical LP length: 10-12 but I'm pretty sure it's messed up because of surgery.

Testing: probably on Thursday, like a lot of us on this board!  I'm going to try not to not buy any FRER and just use the Wondfos I already have, even knowing that they aren't as sensitive.

R/R: Rave: I took the day off work just to have a day where I didn't have to do anything.  I'll still do some cooking and chores, but hellooooo Netflix!  Rant: these estrogen patches are kicking my butt.

CS/Q: My chart is ridiculous looking, so no point in posting it :)

    @holly321 enjoy your day off.

@emeraldcity1214 this is a great looking chart. I hope this is your month!

@kimmer1412 good for you for working out early on a Monday morning. I've been meaning to try to do that for the last 5 years  :D

@lcking82 I hear ya! It was bitter cold this morning (-10). It's freaking March. No more!

@inthewoods23 I totally understand the feeling. I hope your DH applies his skills at home.

@bean1818 first tag! I hope your dad recovers quickly.

@bakerstreetboys Enjoy your marvelous day of Netflix. What shows are you going to watch?

@b_1029 I hope this is your month! Also, Target runs are the best.

@holly321 yay for an unexpected day off! Enjoy.

@emeraldcity1214 you can do it! stay strong and don't POAS until later! Hopefully this month works out :)

@kimmer1412 what do you normally do for workouts? Good job making it this morning! It's a big accomplishment for a Monday!

@lcking82 totally agree, I know it's warmer where I am than other places but I'm so over the cold.

@inthewoods23 FX for Thursday! That's frustrating about YH. We have the same struggles that you do and it's super annoying...plus I always feel like a nag, which I hate.

@bean1818 I'm glad your dad is better! Puppy pictures PLEASE! Such a funny name!

@bakerstreetboys enjoy your relaxing day of Netflix! If you watch anything great, please come back and report!

@rikiteacup thanks! I do too, but I'm pretty hopeless about it and tired of feeling this way :/  Good for you for stepping up to the ILs! I remember you talking about a baby shower or something that was totally planned without you?

@b_1029 I understand the feeling. I wasn't really motivated to do anything during my FW this cycle because I knew our chances were so slim, so why bother? But then I realized I would regret not having that teeny tiny feeling of hope during the TWW. I also know it can happen no matter how slim our chances are. H's brother is proof of it. Is this your first RE appointment? Have you had any testing done before?
ETA: all the women stuff are planned without me. I called them out big time for my SIL's wedding. They cried and apologized and said they would do better. Nothing has changed since. My H's family has been a sore spot for my marriage. My H had been in denial for so long until he couldn't ignore it anymore. So now, we have quarterly meetings as a couple to assess the situation and how we respond to it.

@rikiteacup not technically, we went like 9 months ago or so and had some initial testing done (bloodwork, HSG, SA, I had an ultrasound done back in December-ish but that was ordered by my OB). This will be a new RE though so I'm basically just treating it as a 1st appointment. Since we hadn't quite hit the year mark when we went to the first one (my OB sent a referral and they randomly had an opening so we just went...but didn't want to do any sort of treatment since we weren't IF at that point), I think this one will be more "aggressive", if you will. ETA - assuming we don't get instructed to wait 3 months because of Zika (?)

@inthewoods23 I'm not too far behind ya! It is really hard seeing the low numbers though - especially when you see them move on. Hopefully you'll never have to worry about it again :)
  • @b_1029 I've been on TB long enough now that people I really got to know over the last few months have moved on before me and it's just a bummer 😢 I hope you and I both move on soon!

  • @b_1029 I fo beach body workouts at home, right now I'm doing Chalean Extreme.
  • I will definitely post some pictures he was so wiggly yesterday they are all just blurry so I have to try tonight when he is calmer here are blurry ones on my carpet right before I pulled the vacuum out last night
  • Hiiii I belong here now which is v. exciting. I was up way earlier laying in bed (see spoiler for why) reading everyone's posts, so I got some lovetits in this morning, but now I'm here for the whole shabang. So many good looking charts on this thread!

@lcking82 I almost also posted super early! But then I forced myself to get some sleep.

@b_1029 OooooOo Cuba, fun! Sorry it's so cold =/

@inthewoods23 MH is also good for leaving his stuff on every possible clear surface we have in the house. Like, what is the point of having a clear surface if he is just going to fill it w/ random stuff? I've gotten like baskets before and just swept all his stuff into them and put them on his desk--he never gets the hint and then is like "I can't find XYZ!" and I'm like "I put all your stuff in that basket?" lol so I don't know if I recommend that, but it DOES make me feel better than putting each of his individual things away if he's just going to put more junk more places again soon.

@bean1818 Haha it took me so long to get a good pic of our puppy bc she was so squirmy back when she was a puppy! I'm glad you wound up randomly w/ sweet, squirmy Taco. <3 Dogs are the best

@rikiteacup So glad you stood up for yrself w/ the in-laws.

R/R: I have a long, wild rant that I feel I can't do justice to bc I can't be specific and that makes the story seem not as insane as it actually is? Short-ish version in spoiler...
Basically, a friend of DH's is in a bad place and his wife is in a worse place, and they both showed up here yesterday mid-roadtrip & outstayed their welcome & everyone--DH, our other friend who is cool & was visiting, me, & our dogs-- was *super* stressed yesterday bc of it. None us slept well & DH & our cool friend who'd been here for a week had to fly out this morning before the other friend and his wife left to continue their long drive--(DH was super uncomfortable leaving me alone w/ them but I was like "you cannot miss the flight" bc he has a funeral to go to & he needs to be there for that). After the boys left, the dude and wife basically screamed at each other and slammed doors/repacked their shit for a few hours while I was in our bedroom failing to sleep (and keeping the dogs close) & then finally left like 2 hours after MH & our other cool friend left. I'm just glad my neighbors didn't call the cops. (which would have been ironic, since our one neighbors are always screaming and yelling at each other and one of them just walked by screaming out loud to himself....)
Raves....? I have off til Thurs. (wooooo Mardi Gras!) & I *was* gonna go to NOLA for Lundi Gras & Mardi Gras to celebrate, but what happened yesterday threw me off, plus I haven't been feeling 100%. I'm just happy for some much needed alone time at this point. I can go to our local parades tonight/tomorrow if I want or maybe do a halfday in New Orleans if I get antsy. It's less tempting, too, bc we went from like highs in the 70s to highs in the 40s btw yesterday and today, which is basically as winter as winter gets here so aka so so cold when you're not used to it. How did my raves turn into rants? <3 Okay one rave for good measure: the loose leaf RLT I ordered from Amazon should be in the mail today! Trying a diff brand.

    CS/Q: Here's my... *tw loss*
...1st cycle AL chart. Most 1st cycle post-d&c charts I've seen (thanks, FF chart gallery search!!!!) where ovulation was detected have normal luteal phases no matter how long it takes for ovulation to arrive, so I'm hoping that's the case and that ~2 weeks from when FF detected ovulation, I'll get AF. Here's to hoping my next cycle looks more like what I am used to! & esp. that FF is right about me ovulating. If that temp had been below my coverline today, considering I didn't take it at the normal time bc of all the drama I outlined above, I would have discarded it in anger lol. It just made it.

  • @kagesstarshroom good Lord! Glad that craziness is over for you! And happy to see you over here! I totally get you about raves turning into rants. I feel like I haven't had anything exciting to share. And if I do, it only takes 1 sentences to mention 😅 but I guess a rant doesn't seem like a rant of it's 1 measly sentence.

  • @kagesstarshroom:  that is WAY too much drama for early in the morning, especially when you're a guest at someone's house.  So weird.

Also, the fact that you have random neighbors yelling at each other just makes me giggle, and sounds VERY Louisiana, for some reason.  (My best friend is in Lousiana, and some her neighbor stories are pretty out there).
