R/R: I have to make a huge grocery run this morning. Plus I have been awake since 4:45. 😭

CS/Q: everything still looks good. I expect my temps to level out tomorrow and stop climbing.

R/R: Dh has friends coming over today to help him fix our barn. Initially it was just one friend, who works with dh and his step dad on Saturdays and they carpool, so he is here every Saturday, so nbd, and I don’t feel like I have to clean too much or feed him. Now other friends have invited themselves and it is becoming more social and I have to clean and stuff. I was going to clean anyway, but now there is time pressure and it makes me not want to!

CS/Q: I am a little more confident I O’ed, even if I question the date. I at some point took out discarding a day that was extra high, I was sick, so I discarded it again.

R/R: it's the weekend before we leave for our competition so I have lots to do to get things in order before we leave!

CS/Q: who wants to help me decide when to test? Thursday is 12dpiui and Friday is 13dpiui. DH leaves on Wednesday so if I test Thursday, I can't tell him until that night. Friday I can show him right away in the morning in the hotel room. I'm leaning towards Thursday.

@holly321 I clean my best under pressure! What kind of animals do you have in your barn?

@inthewoods23 personally, I would go ahead and test Thursday at 12dpiui. Most tests are sensitive enough to pick up at that point. And then you have time to plan a cute way to tell him (if that’s your thing).

Typical LP length: 10ish w/o medicine. Not sure how long on Letrozole

Testing: Tomorrow if no more spotting/AF

R/R: I started progesterone Wednesday at 7dpo (last-minute decision to fill that Rx). But I had a temp drop yesterday and a little spotting. Today I had a big temp rise, but I got a little drunk last night at our neighbor’s game night (so fun), so I attribute to rise to that. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@holly321 at least your barn is getting fixed , not so great you have to clean for people that invited themselves that’s a pet peeve of mine.

Testing: trying to not test unless I’m late this time.

R/R: I think I got this right? I never got a peak fertility on my OPK, but I only tested 1 time daily this cycle. I’m trying to figure this out! My chart looks like I O’d on day 15.

CS/Q: just started BBT in the middle of this cycle, hence my confusion. I’m totally open to suggestions on this. I know FF is preferred, but I use a different app. Between my temp drop, spike, and CM this cycle, it looks like O was day 15?

@ejoseph16 it doesn't look like you have ovulated yet. You still have peak fluid and you haven't had a tempshift. Don't assume you have ovulated yet and stop HIO. Keep going so you don't miss your window.

Have you read TCOYF (taking charge of your fertility)? It would make all of these different things makes sense to you. You need 3 temps that are .2 above the previous temps to confirm ovulation. If you are still getting negative OPKs you likely haven't had a LH surge yet.

Are you comfortable in your CM observations? I would think you would have seen the line darkening on the OPK with EWCM and watery CM. Those are peak type fluids. Also, what is your temping routine? Are you taking it at the same time daily? Some women are very sensitive to that. They can see a spike with taking it 30 minutes to an hour later.

Also, it is normal to see spikes and dips in the FP of your cycle. I have found that mine typically smooth out right before ovulation, making shift clear. The catch is to get your temping routine down.

Thanks! I’m usually 100% regular with O on day 15, so I thought this was what it would look like. I do temp same time every day. So confused! This TTC journey is so much more involved than I expected. Ugh!

R/R: DH is going to Cuba for a school trip and I woke up at 3:30 today to take him to the airport. I keep falling back asleep but am still exhausted! He was being all cute last night because I got super bummed - he mentioned Zika in Cuba and I was like well crap I didn’t even think of that. And then he was like now I feel like a bad husband for even saying I would go there. If only I were KU now and didn’t have to worry about it haha. I‘m not sure if we should take any precautions or not?

CS/Q: do you guys ever have TB dreams? I had one last night that some girl started posting on here about how we’re all fake and don’t care about each other and we were all like AW HELL NO. no idea where that dream came from

@daffodil_shoe @b_1029 I've had a box for the longest time with a few onesies and a pair of knit baby slippers. I think I'd like to test Thursday because then I'll know if I should bring the box or not. I'd hate to bring it and get a negative on Friday. Plus if Thursday is rough, it'll be a nice little happy surprise at the end of the day if I get to bring it along.

Now I just need to figure out the easiest way to transport some suppositories that need to be kept cold. I think we go straight to the venue first and not the hotel... Hmm. Should be fine in a couple ice packs for over 12 hours right?

R/R: Well I started brown spotting today and temp dropped so most likely AF is on the way....Really helped my state of mind when I saw not one but 3 pregnant friends yesterday
