@emeraldduchess I have those mornings way too frequently. It must mean I need to go shopping

@emeraldduchess - Ugh yes, I have those mornings way more often than not. And then I usually pick the same comfy outfits over again because I'd rather wear something too often than not be comfortable.

WAYDTGKU: BBT, CM, PNV, baby aspirin, B6, B-complex, no caffeine or alcohol, SMEP
R/R: Strawberries came to FL early this year! We've been having strawberry shortcake often this week for dessert. But my sister wants me to join her in eating no sugar for March, so we are starting Lent a little early. I had a large serving of strawberry shortcake last night as my last supper.
Coworker/friend and my brother have a movie date night tonight, so we'll see how it goes!
Also, I workout super hard for the first time since starting meds for my heart arrhythmia (CPVT), and it's so much easier to workout! I don't feel like I'm dying!
Lots of raves for Friday 😁

R/R: Okey dokey.....I'm starting to seriously doubt anything good is going to come out of this cycle. Trying to see the positive on it- starting a new job on Monday- which would on a normal cycle by very close to or the date I would actually O- and I have no idea how long I'll be at work on Monday. I was just told to be at the new office @ 8 AM- but the office is also open until 7 PM- so I could be there till 7 PM. the house guest we have, stress, coming off our loss last month. Used an advanced CB OPK this AM and got a circle- no smile, just the circle- which I believe means you are not really doing anything- like not approaching FW. Glad I waited until today in some ways to use one of them because I don't want to waste them as they are so expensive. I may try another one on Sunday AM. And my temp dropped a bit- not much- but it dropped. So who knows what is going on. I'm anxious about changing jobs and the impacts it's going to have on our family life- but I really and truly don't think I can stay in my current job without fear of them firing me at some point for one reason or another.
CS/Q: I had a question- and now I don't remember. I think one of them was about the CB OPK showing a solid circle and what that meant ( I threw the directions out
@kbrown2385 yay for the tempdrop coming in!!
@emeraldduchess I'm about to have those days EVERY day!!! I HATE picking out what to wear every day!!! And I was told by the head hunter lady that did most of my interviewing that I was expected to wear a suit everyday
@millpe I'm BEYOND looking forward to an evening in with my DH!! And no house guest! I wasn't feeling 100% yesterday afternoon/evening, very nauseated. DH was tired and so was I- we went to bed at like 9:30 last night- which isn't too far from when I typically go to bed- but I'm pretty sure I passed out as soon as my head hit the pillow and slept MUCH better than I had the last 2 nights. Hoping that will give me some energy to want to watch a movie or something with DH.

R/R: I am finding that my cheapo non-BBT thermometer is more consistent than my BBT. I should have probably just stuck with that. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.... right?
CS/Q: I still have zero signs of O. I have a feeling that I might be delayed a little this month, which is not like me.
@emeraldduchess yes. I have also had weekends where I keep changing my outfit because I can’t get on board with what I decided to wear. 🙄
@millpe Hooray for an easy day!
@marebear15 !!! I’m excited for their date. Are you talking to both of them about it, or just one of them? How much can/do you ask them how it’s going? Also, good for you for dropping sugar. I baked a cake for a party and had a lot left over...and I ended up finishing it last night. Don’t feel great about myself, but I don’t feel too repulsed about it either. Btw, I’m really hoping someone gets back to you about that site. I wish I could have been more helpful.
@MNturnsVA I believe with the advanced digitals, it compares your numbers with previous numbers, so the first test will always be the plain circle. I think the flashy smiley is when your estrogen spikes, and then the static smiley is when your lh spikes. I don’t know that you can skip the tests and have accurate results, but I could be wrong!
@kerco925 i was definitely delayed this month. These utes need to keep to a schedule already!

R/R: I seem to be surprised by snow frequently this season. Here it is again. I guess I’ll be shoveling later. TGIF.
cs/q: does anyone use premom? It’s assuming that my body is consistent every month and it ignoring all signs to tell me that I o’Ed 2 days ago. Not sure how to fix it. No biggie, just annoying.
@MNturnsVA I hope you are able to enjoy your weekend a little before your new job starts on monday! I think the symbols for the cb opk is empty circle: not fertile, blinking smiley: high fertile time, solid smiley: peak fertile time. It’s been awhile since I sued that brand but I’m pretty sure that’s the progression.
@MNturnsVA the way the adv CB OPK works is your first reading for the month is a "baseline" and will always be just an open circle. You are then supposed to test every day after that. The flashing circle means high and then the solid circle means peak. If you dont use a lot during the cycle you will be left with extra test strips, but my holders always die before I get through a third cycle.
@begging4abump I keep being surprised too! It's like constant. Also my driveway is terrible from me repeatedly not shovelling and driving over it....

R/R: I am glad this week is almost over. I miss my old job in the sense that as soon as I sat down, I was good to go with work to do and I knew what was going on. I have to learn all new stuff now and things are a littler bit chaotic here so there is no real structure yet. This is a new position that didn't exist before so it's a work in progress.
CS/Q: Got a + OPK yesterday! I've never O'ed on CD16 so we shall see if it happens.

@emeraldduchess I wouldn't discard the temp. It is what it is. I've had this crazy low temp this cycle too. I am leaving it because it was accurate (tested 3 times in a row) and I want to have the history.
@millpe emjoy your quiet day today!
@marebear15 that's fantastic about your new meds. Also, does no sugar mean no fruit?
@MNturnsVA send you hugs. Looks like you have a lot on your plate. I can't help you with the CB but I am sure the directions are available online if anything.
@kerco925 I also use a cheapo CVS thermometer (the box said it was good for BBT) and it works great.
@begging4abump it's going to take weeks/months for all this snow to melt!

@millpe - This is their like 4th or 5th date? They are kind of dating, but haven't put the commitment in quite yet. She's still figuring out where she's going to be in 3 months, and they haven't discussed long-term options yet.
@rikiteacup - Fruit is okay on our no sugar month, just no desserts, super sweet foods, etc. We're not being super picky about it, just a relaxed approach.

@kbrown2385: woohoo for tempdrop arriving...it's about time!
@millpe @emeraldduchess @marebear15 : I'm wearing the same thing I wore Monday (plain black dress), because I just couldn't do thinking about clothes this morning. I'm ready for SPRING!!
@marebear15: yay for working out without dying!
@MNturnsVA: You really have to use the CB advanced every day (in fact, every morning). And yes - the first day will always be an open circle UNLESS your first day was an LH surge (peak - solid). Also, there's a video on their website that's pretty good.
@kerco925: I'm feeling like my BBT is being wonky, too. Thinking about going back to my cheapo plain thermometer next cycle.
@rikiteacup: it's so hard to get in the swing of new job stuff - hope it improves soon!

CS/Q: Chart in spoiler. Expecting temp rise to continue tomorrow, and then I'll move over to TWW.
@emeraldduchess - I have those mornings a few times a year and they drive me batty.
@marebear15 - strawberry shortcake sounds amazing (as does the idea of FL weather). Good luck going sugar free!
@MNturnsVA - Good luck with your new job! FX!

R/R: Aunt Flo/Irma showed up yesterday. (Has anyone else watched I.T. Crowd?- Reference is in the spoiler). I made it to the gym for the first time in months. It felt nice to be back.
CS/Q: Nope!
@kbrown2385 Hope you love your tempdrop! (Sounds like such a good idea w the way my sleep has been going.) How did you pick it over the Ava?
@millpe Enjoy the evening with YH! We are aiming for the same tonight—nothing but a movie at home and then BD lol. I really feel for people who have opposite schedules from their SO after the insanely busy week we just had. TGIF! I hope you get some more good rest.
@marebear15 Yay for all your Friday raves—especially the workout without dying!
@kerco925 @MNturnsVA @lcking82 Sorry for your questionable bbt/temps/O days. I’ve been through so many bbt’s and returned them all for unreliability: the Target one, the CVS one, the DHEA from amazon. I finally got the one so many people on TB liked from amazon called Easy@Home because it has a soft blue backlight. It’s been working great—the only thing is I have noticed that one side of my mouth is always much warmer than the other, regardless of which side I’ve been sleeping on. So I take the temp on both sides and then average those together. Gonna post this in ransoms/questions and see if anyone else has ever noticed this.
@rikiteacup @MNturnsVA I’m right there w both of you w the new job stuff. Remember, it takes between 30-90 days to really get your feet under you in a new role so cut yourself some slack.:-) MNturnsVA you could just get a really comfy suit jacket—made of soft material instead of stiff—and throw that over dresses, even over a fitted tee and slacks. That’s what I do a lot, still looks really professional, and my favorite one was inexpensive from H&M I think.
@spacemountaineer Congrats on the gym. You’re inspiring me to go back this weekend.
CD: 11
WAYDTGKU: FF, BBT, PNV, Vitex, NAC, Ubiquinol, Vit D3, Fish Oil/DHA, extra Iron & Folate, just added natural Progesterone cream and Lovenox blood-thinning injections last month.
R/R: Rant—We almost missed the FW this time because it started 5 days early! The past four months I’ve been O on CD 15. Trying to squeeze in BD 2-a-days over the next couple days so we don’t miss O—if it hasn’t already happened! I’m wondering if it’s the new addition of progesterone to the regimen. The progesterone made my cycle run long last month (nothing like being 4 days late with BFNs galore
CS/Q: My temps are all over the place due to crazy work schedule in the wee hours this week. I just changed the time in FF so I wouldn’t have a bunch of open circles.
@millpe who are these people who shovel every time? My neighbors are always on the ball and take care of it immediately. I do just enough that I’m not breaking the county’s rules.
@rikiteacup I hope you adjust quickly. That beginning can be tough, but it’ll be worth it.
@MNturnsVA I know you can jump from a circle to a static smiley and bypass the flashy one. I’d recommend that you keep checking every morning, though you can try twice a day if you get the flashy, but I don’t know if that’s worth running through tests so fast.
I just wanted to add one more thing about Tempdrop. You can change the battery so you can keep using your Tempdrop for years. Ava is only good for 2 years because that is it's battery and you can't change the battery. So once the battery is out your Ava doesn't work anymore.
Also, @kbrown2385 there is another app that integrated Tempdrop and it's called Neofertility. It only allows you to track k your temps in Celcius though. So you would have to use Sensiplan rules instead of TCOYF. I immediately put that app out of my mind because I don't have any desire to switch to Sensiplan. I saw a post on the FB page about it that reminded me and then I thought of you. Also, I use this method to TTA pregnancy. I think it's a great alternative to HBC. I have been using it for almost 10 years now.
