Late night hunger 😜😩

Any one else feel like they are insatiably hungry --- like, it doesn't matter how much you eat, you still feel hungry? Any tips on what to eat to support baby and self? The 3am snack tonight was a banana with crunchy peanut butter, a half a glass of OJ, and a glass of soy milk.Β  (Cut an apple too, but don't want it now πŸ˜œπŸ˜‚πŸ˜“)

  • @jhokaj524 I found that drinking lots of flat and carbonated water has helped keep my eating in check. I also eat a ton of fibre rich foods, veggies and fruit as often as I can.

  • Sometimes yes, but I’m finding that I’m actually getting fuller much easier and can’t eat like I used to! I have been snacking a bit more during the day and eating smaller meals, and have been generally hungrier in the morning (used to be hungrier in the evening). I’d suggest snacking on more protein and fat sources to keep you fuller, longer :) Hard boiled eggs, cheese, olives, peanut butter, protein bars (I love RX bars and Raw Rev!)
