How long to get blood results back?

in 1st Trimester
My dr took blood to confirm pregnancy and determine hcg levels.  I am just wondering how long until they usually post results? They have an online portal.

    It depends on the practice. Mine are often posted within 48 hours.

    Depends on your doctor/what you are getting done. My reports are often returned to my doctor in 5-6 hours

    Mine are posted online at midnight the same day ... dr has them 2 hrs after the test
