I'm 16 weeks today, and I can definitely tell that I have a little more energy to workout/don't feel as tired after. Did Orangetheory last Saturday, yoga on Monday, and OTF again on Wednesday. Then, I walked to and from work yesterday because the weather was gorgeous. Aiming to get in several long walks this weekend and may do a little mini workout at home on Saturday before guests arrive (squats, lunges, bird dogs, side planks).
@heml SO jealous of your nice weather--the windchill is -1 right now and I'm about to go outside to help students get out of cars for 30 minutes.
I did a good job this week--2 days of elliptical and 3 days of prenatal circuit training. I'm 13 weeks and have definitely been feeling more energetic and less nauseous overall (not today though--but I still got up and got it in!). I'm very proud of myself because I've been working out consistently still with this pregnancy and I didn't really start until around 13 weeks with DD.
I made it to the gym 2x this week. Monday for yoga and Tuesday for a workout. I was really proud of myself for getting there on Tuesday. It was late and I was tempted to go home. Yesterday I had the headache from hell, so I went home.
@mwmiller4 awesome that you got something in everyday! @heml that gives me a lot of hope that things will improve in a few weeks. I'm looking forward to having more energy.

Our weather has been awful. Power was out at DH work so he got a half day. I suggested a 2 mile hike that turned into a 5 mile hike. It was fun! I'm not even sore today
I've only been able to make it to the gym on the weekends, but really would like to squeeze in a workout or two during the week, even if its something I do from home, so that is my goal, just gotta get the motivation to wake up early to get it done!
I had a good start to the week with a long run on Sunday and a shorter one on Tuesday, but I haven’t done anything since. I’m going to aim for a longer run tomorrow and hopefully I’ll be more motivated next week!
My goal is barre today, yoga tomorrow, and at least 1-2 barre classes during the week. I also walk at least 5 KMs per day and try to take 15-20 flights of stairs.
I've been hitting my 10000 step target all week! This morning I felt like sleeping but dragged my butt to the gym and felt sooo much better after an hour long light jog! 13 weeks and I'm really proud of myself for working so hard to remain active. 💪👍 you ladies are awesome!
Started my prenatal yoga class today after procrastinating all week. Somehow I don't have the same enthusiasm to exercise now like I did for my first pregnancy. You ladies are an inspiration.

@mwmiller4 congrats on being consistent already!
@Avrilmai way to not give into temptation!
@agpandme wow! More than double what you had planned!
@lilnessi it’s so hard to get up early!
I ran 3 miles for a friend’s birthday and then had ice cream lol. Tomorrow we have 9 miles planned.
