2 under two

Is anyone else a fertile myrtle like me and going to have a surprise 2nd baby my daughter just turned one and I am terrified at the thought of having two in diapers this was definitely not the plan. FREAKING OUT right now my husband and I are professional surprise baby makers I guess 😂

@knottie8a5672a2e352a9c6 Welcome and congratulations on your pregnancy. In this board, we discourage one-off posts like this because it can get really cluttered and information can be harder to find. Take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the Board Organization then introduce yourself here. I also recommend changing your screen name to something besides the generic "knottie" because it helps us form a connection with you, get to know you better, and is less of a hassle when tagging you in comments. Again, welcome! I hope you have a lovely nine months.

Edited to remove recommending sharing this in The Great Question Thread.

  • FYI this kind of wording won’t go over well here because there are a lot of women here who are not “fertile myrtles” and struggle a lot to have even their first child. There is nothing wrong with being a “fertile myrtle”, but this post is pretty insensitive.

Oh good, it’s not just me who felt this way. I thought it was the progesterone again...

  • @cmbt2 It struck me wrong as well, but I thought that maybe I was just being sensitive. Thanks for saying something, @ceclarlinetlo !

Honestly, my first thought was that this has to be a troll. But on the off chance this is a real person who genuinely had no clue how this comes across I had to say something. It is a problem I have lol.

And on a completely unrelated note, you have a PM about a question you asked in a different thread :)

Thank you. It really does come off the wrong way, and my first thought was the same
