This article might be helpful. Here's another one that talks about the Wondfo tests in more detail. It says this about hCG levels:
The minimum hCG level detected by this pregnancy test has numerous citations. While
most scientific literature accounts for minimum value to be 25 mIU/ml,
there are some which mention a low level of 10 mIU/ml. Wondfo Pregnancy Test accuracy and sensitivity depends on hCG levels detected.

I always got a faint line on a regular test before a digital read as positive. I’ve gotten faint positives around afternoon of 10 DPO and then it would take until about 13 DPO to get a digital. Those just require a really solid line to read as positive.
