The two grad threads genuinely confused me and it was an honest mistake. I clearly have no malicious harm and I’ve tried my hardest to not offend anyone and be gentle.
My best friend of 30 years has been dealing with infertility and losses for 7 years. I completely understand the sensitivity and would never belittle that.
I also didnt mean for my post here to be crabby. I was simply stating that I hate that I had to “ghost” the ttc board as that’s how it felt. I really liked everyone there.
I generally an an overly thoughtful and friendly human—it’s often joked that I’ve never met a stranger. I’m the friend people go to when they need empathy and understanding. So I’m sorry if you felt badly by anything I inadvertently did. The rules are tricky. This is all new to me. Please have some understanding for my mistake.

Hi ladies! I am 34 with an almost 3 year old son (2/22 bday) and my husband and I just found out we are expecting our second child! EDD is 10/8/19. I am looking forward to getting to know you all! Cheers to the next 8 or so months!
Hi all! Reluctantly posting. After trying since April we had a miscarriage at 6 weeks in December. Kept trying and got a BFP this morning--EDD is 10/11/19. This will be my second baby, first born 12/15. I'm hopeful that this one will stick but cautious after the recent miscarriage. I'll be 30 in a few days and looking forward to what this next chapter brings.
Hey guys. I have been lurking for about a week but figured it’s time to jump in. After 12 cycles trying, DH and I are finally expecting our second. EDD is 10/16.
I was pretty active in July2017 with DD (i see you @manillabar - sn changed to remove my real name, but I’m sure you can figure it out lol) and still talk to some of those women daily.
Cautiously excited at this point. Not so patiently enduring the torture that is the wait between the BFP and the first appointment. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.
Got a positive today, so I'm joining the club! I'm 30 and living in Utah. I teach English online and piano lessons. This will be baby #2. DD was born Sept 2016. I'm super excited, but also nervous! Planning to hit the OB tomorrow for progesterone testing. First pregnancy was a very early miscarriage. Second, I tested and had low progesterone. I took supplements and have my beautiful 2yo. Anyone planning a private Facebook group? I joined one for DD and they are still my tribe.
Cautiously introducing myself after getting a positive this morning. I have a 6 and 4 year old and two older step kids. We also have a Boston Terrier and Siamese cat. Im a dog groomer and have had my salon for 7+ years.
We’ve been trying for our 3rd and last for a while, dealing with some fertility and PCOS issues. Had a miscarriage at the end of last year. I’m staying hopeful and will be calling my OB tomorrow morning.
This will be our second October baby. My first October mom group was so amazing and still very close.

Jan17 has a private fb group but we didn’t start it until halfway through 3rd tri.

This was similar to us- there was a large (100+) that was started in late 1st tri, and those of us that stuck around ended up making our own FB group in late 2nd tri/early 3rd. We’re still there over 4 years later
ETA- all this to round about say maybe later on. Right now, stranger danger, and i’m willing to bet there’s a good majority in this boat
@mormongal88 My D14 group also didn't start a FB group until mid 3rd trimester. I personally want to know people well before I let them into my private world. I am still really close with a number of my D14 moms and don't think there was any harm in waiting that long.
Hi everyone! This is my second pregnancy with an EDD as October 6th. Our first pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage so I am a little nervous on this one. The fact that I havent had much symptoms scares me a bit too but I'm trying to stay positive.
Very happy to be here for a second time. First little man was born October 17 and I was part of that BMB for a while. To be honest I didn't stick around until the end there and regret not fully keeping touch. I hope to be very active in this group though and have spent the few days since testing positive to try to catch up on some of the previous threads. You all seem like a fun and friendly group of women so I'm thrilled to join in. My EDD from LMP is October 14th. Two babies almost exactly 2 years apart, eek! Already trying to figure out what that birthday month is going to be like. We also have a 3 year old dog, and two sweet but crazy kitties.
*TW*
I am AMA and I've also had an early MMC around 6 weeks and a chemical pregnancy. Despite all that I have the best of hopes and am quite optimistic about this pregnancy.
Well, happy met, and I'll talk to you all in the coming threads!
Me: 41 / Fiance: 35 + One DS, one dog & two kitties...

I also think it's good to wait. I didnt join my first bmb Facebook group because I felt like I didn't really know them. But my second we waited until 3rd tri and almost everyone still around joined because we talked SO MUCH.
@soralette awesome that your an FET mama too! I hope your pregnancy goes nice as smooth as well! Thank you for edd help, so it seems Oct 12th for me! When was your transfer?
Happy to be of use! And thank you!!
We did our transfer (two 5-day blastocysts; one was 'fair' quality did not expand very much before transfer and the other was poor quality but expanded OK) on the 14th, so we're looking at Oct 2nd.

Hi! I'm tentatively jumping in. I'm 30 and live in CA with my husband and 2 year old DD, born January 2017. I got my BFP last week. EDD is either 10/13 or 10/14. This is my second pregnancy and despite doing all the things TTC and obsessing over testing, I'm having trouble connecting with this pregnancy now that it's happening. I'm not sure if it's because I'm so busy with work and taking care of DD or the lack of symptoms. I had HG with my last pregnancy and by 5 weeks I was vomiting multiple times per day. The fact that I've been mildly nauseous a couple times hasn't been very reassuring.
My previous pregnancy started as twins and I lost one at 10 weeks. It was awful and has made me anxious about being pregnant again.
FX everything goes well and I can get out of this funk!

@mormongal88 Oct15 group, we formed a Proboards group and a facebook group toward third trimester. There was about 50 of us. We rarely used the facebook, but Proboards was perfect. Now, we just have a snapchat group of about 20 of us that still talk on a regular basis. I'd love to do something similar this time around! It' so great to get to know others who are going through the exact same thing!

That definitely makes me feel old. Still firmly in FB land. SC is way beyond my horizon.

Hello! I’m excited to finally be here. We had several failed IUI attempts last year and one successful one this year. I turn the big 40 this year so I was beginning to think this would never happen again. My wife and I live in Georgia with our 2.5 year old little boy. I was on the August 16 board with some of you before and I’m happy to see you guys here.
I'm Nachellebeck and this is my second pregnancy. We have a tentative due date of October 15th (i ovulated on CD18 so it might get pushed back a few days. I used to frequent the bump years ago before the...stuff. Our son was born in June 2013 and I'm still close with about 20 of the women from my son's BMB.
We had been trying for 5 years to conceive our second child. I have PCOS which is where our struggle came from. We had 1 failed IUI in 2017 and we were saving up for a second when we lost our home to Hurricane Harvey later that year. We are still rebuilding the house, but we are about 85% done.
Most times, I still can't believe we finally got a BFP and I have to keep reminding myself I am in fact pregnant.
ETA: Now I have to figure out how to change my screen name again.

I’m also from back before that stuff 🙈 welcome back! Sorry to hear about your house. Is the construction process at least going smoothly? (We’re building and let’s just say it’s not over here lol)
if you haven’t removed the knottie default SN, we recommend changing it (it’s what shows up on my phone as your name)
I figured it out! Just had to log out and log back in.
It's...going. We are paying out of pocket for everything and it's the slow season for my hubs line of work. So things come to a stall during the winter months.
We still need to floor a guest bedroom, the pantry, and the office/dining room. Then trim the whole house and put in doors. We just got our kitchen usable so that's been nice to have a kitchen back.

I'm due October 9th with my rainbow baby. After several losses, I'm very nervous about this pregnancy. I had some spotting last week, but the ER doc said everything "looks as it should" at this stage. They saw a gestational sac and a yolk sac and my beta went up to 14149 (up from 2523 5 days before) Today I'm 5w6d and praying this little bean holds on tight.
I've been married to a wonderful man for almost 13 years (together for 16) and we have a beautiful 12 year old daughter. I'm also a fur mama to a Golden Sheltie and a Great Dane/Shepherd cross.
I also work full time in retail and am working toward becoming a full time novelist.

Hey everyone! I'm cautiously joining you! ^^ I'm 31 and DH is 27 and we are from Massachusetts! EDD is 10/11 if all goes well!
I'm coming from the IF boards and we got out BFP from IUI #3 after TTC for over 4 years. *TW* I'm really hoping this is it because I have gotten BFP from every IUI, but the previous 2 were CPs, which was really sad. This time I made it through all the beta draws and the nurse seems pretty convinced that this one is sticking around. I'm still super nervous that this isn't going to work out, but I'm here anyways! Trying to be optimistic ^^ *End TW* We will go for our ultrasound in about a week and a half and I honestly can't wait!
I never know what to say as an introduction, but DH and I are big nerds! We like anime, video games, conventions, and stuff like that! Personally, I like to draw and paint! We also have a dog and a cat. Besides that we are boring homebodies! LOL
Excited to meet you all ^^

TWINS Baby Girl due October 20th, 2019.

I'm 31 and DH is 27 and we are from Massachusetts!
