I finding online that evap lines are supposed to be either grey or white. But can they can be blue? ?Mine is the same color as the control, but I didn't check it until 3 hours later. So it's definitely an evap line, right? I checked the test after 2 minutes, didn't see anything, so I tossed it. Then I checked again 3 hours later. (bad idea!) I'll test again tomorrow.
Re: Evap lines
You have to assume it is an evap line, because you read the test after the time limit.
FWIW, I have gotten colored evap lines before, usually well after the test has run.
Remember to let the test run for the full time allotted to verify a negative result, ok? Sometimes, especially if you test early on, it takes awhile for a faint line to show.
