Hi everyone! This is a very specific question, but I’m hoping someone can help me. Does anyone have a recommendation for online (youtube is probably the most likely) prenatal yoga? I practiced in a studio for 5 years, and then did Yoga with Adrienne up until getting pregnant, but I’m looking for yoga videos specifically geared towards pregnancy, and Adrienne doesn’t have any. Of course there’s a million different choices on YouTube, but I’d love to weed a few out or try a few based on recommendations from fellow moms. Any recommendations?

I’m a prenatal yoga teacher and if you want a truly challenging class I recommend Jane Austin. She has a couple of classes online you can purchase, and she gives out a code for half off her classes right from her website or if you email her. I loathe “gentle” prenatal yoga and my regular mode of exercise is HIIT if that gives you any reference. Here is her website. Good luck!

Personally, I'd say that the ones from @HGRich ' s playlist are all much more worthwhile, even if they're a bit short. I've definitely just repeated the sequences from some of the Sara Beth videos a few times to get a longer session*.
Here are a couple others on youtube that I found and kinda liked:
Also, if you want something more on the challenging side: this teacher, Leigha Butler, is clearly currently pregnant so, her latest videos might all count as "prenatal" https://www.youtube.com/user/butlerl2/videos
