1: How far along are you?  

2: How is this week going for you fitness-wise?

3: What are your goals for the week/month ahead?

  • 1: How far along are you?  6 weeks

    2: How is this week going for you fitness-wise? Pretty good, I have already hit my 4 day goal.

    3: What are your goals for the week/month ahead?  Continue to surpass my 4 day goal.

    4: What type of activities are you doing to stay in shape?  I am currently doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, then I want to do her Ripped In 30. I am also doing a StepBet challenge.

    5: Rants/Raves/Questions/Anything else you want to add? I really need to start eating healthy again, but I've been in denial about my GERD coming back so quickly this time in fear it will be worse. I had to drastically change my diet last time and it made planning meals very hard.

    2: How is this week going for you fitness-wise? Great! My energy level isn't as high as usual, but I'm still working out.

    3: What are your goals for the week/month ahead?   Keep lifting twice and running twice per week. Last time around I ran up to and including the day I went into labor!

    4: What type of activities are you doing to stay in shape? HIIT, running, chasing a toddler. I know I'll have to heavily modify HIIT as time passes, but it's the only good lunch time option I have that involves strength training.

    5: Rants/Raves/Questions/Anything else you want to add? I'm looking forward to more energy in tri two!!
