Hi guys! I've been lurking for awhile, but this is my first post!
I had my very first embryo transfer this morning, and it seemed to go smoothly. I was told to wait 10 minutes before peeing after the procedure, and I did (probably did, but I didn't actually check the clock and I REALLY had to go). When I stood up to flush, I saw something funny in toilet: a small blob of white/grey stuff. It was about the size of a small pea, but oval in shape. It looked very squishy, but it had sunk to the bottom, so can't say for sure.
I'm probably being stupid, but my first thought was "OMG my uterus expelled the embryo!!" I wish I had said something to the nurse about what I saw, but I was too nervous to.
What do you guys think? Was it the embryo? The doc says that they put the embryo in my uterus surrounded by fluid of some kind so they could see it on the ultrasound, I'm worried thats what the small blob of white stuff was. Or was it just from the suppositories? Never seen anything quite like it before though.
I did have some light cramping during and shortly after the procedure... but not at all painful like period cramps (felt closer to orgasmic contractions tbh).

Thanks in advance everyone!
QFP.
It was not the embryo. They are so small they're not visible to the human eye.
Congratulations on your FET but please refrain from these kinds of one-off posts here. There is an entire forum specifically for IF and a thread solely dedicated to the monthly FETs, I'm sure they would be a better place to go to ask any questions.
In the meantime, no, your embryo did not fall out when you went pee.

Hi guys! I've been lurking for awhile, but this is my first post!
SIB.... But still created a 1 off post?
Not sure what a 1 off post is.
It's when you think you're a SS and need to start your own thread instead of abiding by the board rules and posting in the appropriate existing thread like everyone else. We get a lot of complete strangers, like yourself, who we've never met before and who don't know us, thinking they can just come in here and treat us like their own Google then just disappear off into the sunset never to be seen again. Meanwhile, if you've been lurking like you say you have, you'd know that our board organization acts in such a way that allows us to have some order around here without getting all cluttered.
So you don't really get to stand on your high horse and tell my friend @holly321 not to judge you. You realize you just asked if you flushed your embryo down the toilet?

Thanks love. And quite frankly the nonchalant attitude about just not being able to not wait to pee is beyond ridiculous and insensitive to me.
I can see this is causing nothing but trouble, so I'll go ahead and delete the thread. I understand I'm a newbie and don't know all the rules, but I was hoping to find a bit more support here.

For someone who claims to have "lurked" before posting you sure are doing a bang up job of making yourself unwelcome.
You were the insensitive person to walk into a group of struggling women who don't know you to try to talk to them about the "embryo" that fell out of you.
Perhaps lurk more, understand how this board works and join in the appropriate threads. The ladies here are amazing, wonderful, knowledgeable, and supportive to those that give before taking.
Eta: hope I didnt step on any toes by posting even though I can't be that involved yet
Huh, maybe that is why my first IVF cycle failed. I flushed them, even though two doctors ans three nurses assured me it was fine to get up immediately and go pee?? But what do they know right?!
People think we become mothers when we give birth but the truth is we become mothers the moment we start calling our babies to us in our thoughts, dreams and prayers. Some paths are short and some are so long that you can easily forget where you were headed.
