@JamieH2000 Yay!! im so happy he's coming home!! It's stressful at first, it helped us to try to stick to the NICU schedule. It made the transition a little smoother, especially when they still have a hard time waking up for feeding on their own.

thank you ladies. We’re doing ok, my BP is getting a bit high so hopefully it goes down in its own and I don’t need anything for it. Baby is doing well, he had a brief turning blue incident because of his position when they put him on me after having him but it resolved quickly and hasn’t happened again. Heartbeat is still irregular so we will see what they say about the EKG. They’ll be trying to get me up soon - both dreading and looking forward to that! H is home with The 3.5 year old so it feels a bit weird but all things considered were doing well!

Hello mamas, I apologize for disappearing since last week but oh boy, we've been busy!
@mayflower513 Congratulations!! He's so adorable! I hope you recover quickly and that his heart issue resolves with minimum hassle for everyone.
AFM, baby girl came Wednesday, 1/23, a little after noon. Maya Corinne was born at 36+3, 5lb 12oz, 18 inches and ready to conquer the world!
Because she is a premie, they checked her blood sugar levels for 24 hours and she kept them in range like a champ! She is adorable, finally back to her birth weight and hopefully will develop that baby fat soon.
My recovery this time was a little longer and more painful. Because it's a repeated C-section, they took longer to stitch me up, cleaning some scar tissue on the way. I think the cut they made this time was wider because the edges are bothering me the most. That said, I stopped taking pain medications two days ago (except for the occasional ibprofen), so I'm happy with my progress. Walking is also getting easier, though I still can't stand for long so cooking is done mostly sitting.
I went home 3 days after baby was born and we've been trying to organize the house ever since, between work, baby, two preschoolers, a dog and dropping temperatures. It's been crazy
Also, I'm so thankful for Amazon Prime we've been being doing some online shopping, mainly every time we notice we need something we haven't thought we'd need... so basically every day we were a little unprepared!
@mayflower513 Glad everyone is doing well! Hopefully you get some answers/resolution soon about what's going on with the irregular heart rate!
@more14 Congrats on your little girl! We went Amazon Prime crazy as well; I think the mailman was starting to dread delivering to us because there would always be a bunch of packages! It was super handy though to get everything we needed, especially because we couldn't easily go out to Target or something.

January 2017- New RE, IVF#3 with Estrogen Priming Antagonist Protocol, 12 eggs, 8 mature, 6 fertilized, 2 day 5 early blasts transferred (none to freeze
May 2017- Sept 2017- Starting Donor Egg process! Waiting for donor to be available... and then she is pregnant at baseline
Oct 2017- Donor #2: 25R, 22M,18F, 12 blasts frozen! Fresh transfer cancelled due to thin lining with fluid
Nov 2017- Hysterscopy to remove polyp
Dec 2017- DE FET #1 on 12/8 on 2 perfect blasts- BFN and devastated

Fall 2016 - Spring 2017 -- Break from TTC
June 2017 - Started IVF; egg retrieval for freeze all cycle. 9 mature eggs retrieved, 5 fertilized. 2 4BB embies on ice.
August 2017 - FET transfer both embies. BFP. Twin pregnancy confirmed by ultrasound. EDD 4/28/18
September 2017 - Twin B stopped developing; Twin A doing perfectly! Graduated from RE @ 10 weeks

thank you ladies. We’re doing ok, my BP is getting a bit high so hopefully it goes down in its own and I don’t need anything for it. Baby is doing well, he had a brief turning blue incident because of his position when they put him on me after having him but it resolved quickly and hasn’t happened again. Heartbeat is still irregular so we will see what they say about the EKG. They’ll be trying to get me up soon - both dreading and looking forward to that! H is home with The 3.5 year old so it feels a bit weird but all things considered were doing well!
Glad everyone is doing well! Hopefully you get some answers/resolution soon about what's going on with the irregular heart rate!

Congrats on your little girl! We went Amazon Prime crazy as well; I think the mailman was starting to dread delivering to us because there would always be a bunch of packages! It was super handy though to get everything we needed, especially because we couldn't easily go out to Target or something.
