Chemical pregnancy

I had a miscarriage a few years ago then got pregnant with my daughter five months later. Now this week I experienced a chemical pregnancy. Has anyone had one before and if so what was your experience ? How long did Af return and how long before you started trying again?

    I'm sorry for your losses. I had a chemical pregnancy back in Sept. For me it was basically a delayed period. We started trying right away. I ovulated right on schedule and we did convince that cycle. Sadly that ended in a MMC. If we hadn't conceived, I suspect AF would have been on time and things would have been normal.

    I had a chemical last spring.  AF was 2 days later than it would have been.  We started trying right away.  Chemicals are unfortunately common and many aren't even known since they often happen before AF is due. People don't generally need a waiting period before TTC again.

    I’m sorry for your loss. I’ve had a few chemical pregnancies unfortunately and each time it was as if it was my period. Therefore, I ovulated “on time” counting that as a period. My MMCs were different then the chemical pregnancies in so far as how long ovulation and things took. With my first Chemical we tried again the very next month *TW and became pregnant with out 2 year old. Since then we haven’t been as lucky which is why I’m still here. Good luck and I hope you don’t have to be here long!

    I'm so sorry for your loss. I've had two CP's and they both happened about a week after a positive pregnancy test. Both were a heavier period. The first, my next period came right on time and the second my period was about a week late.

    I am so sorry for your loss.  I had a chemical pregnancy back in December.  It was like a slightly heavier/longer period that arrived 2 weeks later than expected. The NP I saw at my follow up told me to wait until after my next period.  This past cycle was longer than usual, but I also was sick and under a lot of stress, so I wasn't surprised it was wonky.
