How far along? EDD? 37w5d, EDD 2/13
How is everyone feeling this week? Sorry to be MIA last week! Things were a bit hectic. I'm feeling pretty good, but hoping baby doesn't arrive this week, as we're having insanely cold temps here (down to -50 wind chill in the next couple of days!). At my appointment last week I found out I'm positive for GBS, so I'm feeling kind of bummed out about that. Is anyone else in the same boat or dealt with this in the past? The good news is my iron levels are back to normal and baby isn't measuring quite as ridiculously big as last time (95th percentile instead of 99th).

Any upcoming appointments? Acupuncture and therapy tomorrow, physical therapy Wednesday, and weekly midwife appointment Thursday. Busy week!

GTKY: After babies, are you planning to stay here or planning to venture to the PAIF Facebook? I'm unsure at this point! I am a facebook user, so I'm up for either.

How far along? EDD? 39 weeks c section this Thursday, 1/31.
How is everyone feeling this week? More of the same.
Any upcoming appointments? Just blood work tomorrow or weds and appt Thursday.

How far along? EDD? 32 weeks, C section on 3/18
How is everyone feeling this week? OMG! I'm so done! I'm so fat. I have back fat and can't find my hip bone and it's so hard bending down and sitting down on the floor and trying to get back up and I'm just done! lol.
Any upcoming appointments? I had a growth scan last Friday. Baby weighs 3lbs, 14oz. He's in 40th percentile. So little guy. I wonder if he will catch up to my daughter who was born before her due date at 8lbs, 14oz. He's finally head down too. Not like that matters too much because scheduled c section but good to know, in case I go early. Otherwise, everything else looks good. Next apt Feb 8th for just a regular OBGYN.
GTKY: After babies, are you planning to stay here or planning to venture to the PAIF Facebook? I'm thinking I'll be more on FB. But with 2 kids, no idea what I'll have time for.

How is everyone feeling this week? Feeling good, besides feels like an old lady more and more! Same as @drove2u...hard to bend down and all that fun stuff!
Any upcoming appointments? Had growth scan last week, she's 4lb 4oz in the 65th percentile. It was so fun seeing her chunky little cheeks, but I'm hoping she slows her roll a little so isn't huge! lol
GTKY: After babies, are you planning to stay here or planning to venture to the PAIF Facebook? I'll be on both. My BMB just started a FB and private group, so why it came to mind. But will still be here some to catch up on our friends that are having babies after us

I'm so excited for you!!!@drove2u I feel EXACTLY the same way as you do!! MH laughs at me trying to take off / put on socks because it causes me to get out of breath since bump has gotten so big! I'm always complaining he needs to feed the dogs because my fat butt can barely reach their bowls now lol

Hi All - I am new to the third tri crew! @kristimh80 can you add me to the rundown?

A real truncated background; MH and I have been TTGP since 2012 off and on. I'm 33, H is 37. It was a long journey with multiple REs, many failed medicated cycles, many failed IUI cycles and ultimately just the one failed fresh transfer after IVF. Our first FET was successful and we're now 28 weeks with a baby boy!

How far along? EDD? 28 weeks / 4/20
How is everyone feeling this week? I feel big all of a sudden. I'm not sure if baby moved vertical, but I feel like my bump is way more pronounced.
Any upcoming appointments? Just a massage on Wednesday. I contemplated rescheduling since it's supposed to be -60 windchill here on Wed, but my back really needs it!
GTKY: After babies, are you planning to stay here or planning to venture to the PAIF Facebook? I don't have FB so I will likely hang out here!

I was GBS unknown when my girl arrived early. If she hadn't come by c-section, they were just going to run antibiotics during labor. They run IV antibiotics during labor to prevent the spread of GBS to the baby; you'll get multiple treatments over the course of labor (you'll see them switching out the IV bag). The antibiotics basically kill the GBS in your body and running them throughout labor keeps it from growing back during the course of labor.

Lurking** @darkstar42 I was GBS+ with my last. It really was NBD... my MW said I could labor at home till I would normally come in. I had an IV (but was going to anyways) and had antibiotics every 4 hours while in labor. I was still able to walk around while getting the Antibiotics.

@Drove2u I hear you on feeling fat! I feel enormous at this point.

@kristimh80 Mine was 99th percentile at 32 weeks, so I’m sure you’ll be fine!! They do antibiotics during labor/delivery, which I’m not thrilled about, but the risk to baby otherwise is just too high. All will be fine, I’m sure, but it’s still a pain to deal with!

@madasm0530 Welcome to third tri!! With that windchill, you must be in the upper Midwest too! We’re supposed to have -50 where I’m at.

@mbradfo2 Thanks! I’m definitely going to do the antibiotics, my worry is that I’ll then have to deal with immediate yeast infections/thrush afterwards, which is almost always my reaction to antibiotics. Don’t get me wrong, I’d rather that than have baby develop GBS, but I’m still a little grumpy.

@wabash15 Thank you! It does seem like the actual delivery of the antibiotics will be no big deal. It doesn’t prevent me from delivering at the birth center or anything like that. As above, I’m mainly concerned with the antibiotic after-effects on baby and I, but I’ll do it anyway so baby stays safe!

How far along? EDD? 36+3/ sometime in the next 10 days lol
How is everyone feeling this week? tired, and heavy. Baby has dropped and it feels like i'm carrying around bricks in my pelvis.
Any upcoming appointments? OB with nst today. NST was good, but my bp is still rising and swelling is getting worse. It was 145/95 at home and 155/97 at the dr. I had planned to work the rest of the week, but OB put me on modfied bed rest. So I will be working from home until I go to the hospital. With windchills in the -50's expected this week, I'm not unhappy about the restrictions lol. I go back to the OB on thursday and have a final growth scan/ob on Monday the 4th. OB's goal is for me to make it to Feb 5th. Here's hoping!

@mayflower513 So cute!!! I can relate to how you are feeling! I still have some time to go and keep wondering how in heck I'll make it. Today everything hurts and trying to figure out what pillow to take to work for back relief. lol Good thing, as soon as your little boy is here...you should feel "lighter" and all the hormones that drive us crazy will subside

I'm pretty sure baby flipped yesterday - I had so many huge belly movements going. I was sitting in a seminar trying not to make weird faces! I guess I'll find out next u/s. In general baby's been having quite a party for the past few days.

Any upcoming appointments? OB tomorrow, u/s & bpp next week.

@scikap Yay for your growth scan next week!! For about 2 weeks before mine, my baby was wild too and had those big movements, so FX that's what your's is doing! I noticed I started feeling a lot more kicks / movement at the top of my belly. And growth scan confirmed she was in position.

HDBD For once I don't feel like Shamu today...tomorrow will prob be different lol

Hi everyone! I feel like I've been MIA lately, but then again this week has been so weird already and it's only Tuesday - due to weather my work opened late yesterday and I ended up WFH in the afternoon because my daughter's school was closed. I'm back in the office today but we're closed tomorrow because it's going to be -15 degrees out for the high. Eeeeeeks. But I hope everyone is doing well and hanging in there!! @mayflower513 I can't believe there are only 2 days left until go time, good luck with the C-section!! @darkstar42 and @madasm0530 , we're also supposed to have ridiculously low wind chills tomorrow and Thursday (I'm just outside of Chicago), stay warm!

How far along? EDD? 31 weeks, 4 days today. EDD 3/29.
How is everyone feeling this week? I'm feeling good, but getting to the point where it's uncomfortable to sit in my chair for the work day (I feel like maybe I complained about this last week, too - oops). I'm just even more aware of the fact that I'm carrying around this belly and while I am NOT at all complaining, it's just like, oof.
Any upcoming appointments? OB appointment Thursday, with a growth ultrasound/they'll check on my fluid, too.

@kristimh80 thanks! I unfortunately had postpartum anxiety after the last one so the hormone shift didn’t really get better for quite a while, hopefully this time I only have the couple of week adjustment to deal with and then no post partum anxiety!
