Newbie but oldie :) [children and loss mentioned]

Hi everyone! I am so excited, nervous, and anxious to be here.

With the help of 2 rounds of IVF (the first ended with a m/c), my husband and I have identical twins that are 6.5 years old. After much thought and prayer, we have decided to try again for another child. I am 39 and my husband has severe MFI. We are meeting with our RE in February to see if he thinks we have a shot or if we're just crazy! We have put this off for awhile struggling with fear, guilt, etc., but we have decided not to let those feelings get in the way of trying to add to our family.

If our RE thinks we have a shot, I'm hoping to get started in March.

Welcome. I hope you get a plan with RE and can expand your family. This board is kind of slow. I missed doing the weekly thread but will start one up next week

When I was TTC the first time around these boards were nonstop and such a great resource. I guess times have changed.

I’m on the TTCAL board as well and that board is more active. When I first joined this board there were several ladies on here but most of them luckily have been able to move forward.
