What’s making you say WTF today?
People think we become mothers when we give birth but the truth is we become mothers the moment we start calling our babies to us in our thoughts, dreams and prayers. Some paths are short and some are so long that you can easily forget where you were headed.

How I feel all of the time.

IVF
IVF #1 - September 2018; Follistim, Menopur, Cetrotide & Lupron/HCG combo trigger; PGS; ICSI
Back on Levothyroxine
FET #1 - October 2018; cancelled, all PGS aneuploid
FET #1 - November 30th, transferred anyway
Wondfo BFP 5dp5dt, CB Digi 6dpt, 
1st Beta on 7dpt 93
2nd Beta on 10dpt 510!

TTC #1 since 2011. Tried for 5 years before we knew there was a one year rule.
Diag w/MS 2016; w/PCOS & IF 2017
New RE 2018; PCOS diagnosis taken away, IF due to ovary adhesions, but prev. RE insists PCOS IF

IUI
IUI #1 July 2017 w/100mg Clo+trigger; BFN; benched w/big cysts
IUI #2 October 2017 w/50mg Clo+trigger; BFN; benched w/big cysts
IUI #3 February 2018 w/5mg Femara+trigger; low P
BFP February; mc March; Subclinical hypothyroid started Levothyroxine 
IUI #4 March 2018 w/7.5mg Femara+trigger; BFN
Medicated cycle & TI April 2018 w/7.5mg Femara+trigger; BFN
Tried several cycles on our own; all BFN

    I am in the middle of switching OB practices...very long story. New office wants to see me asap and recognizes this is a high risk pregnancy, they can not schedule me until my records are transferred though. Today I went to sign the release form at old practice and it is going to take 3 weeks to transfer my u/s records....seriously WTF??? Also, i gave myself 25 minutes to wait in line, sign the release form and drive to another appt right across the street. I got there and there was 1 person being helped and 1 other in line, it took 33 minutes to get the effing form signed. The person in front of me apparently did not properly check in at the kiosk and missed their appt so the employee spent 15 minutes working on that ::eyeroll:: 
    11/2010 Diagnosed with PCOS 
    10/31/11 M/C at 9 weeks
    1/12/13 DD was born
    4/9/16 DS was born 
    9/17 CP 
    6/23/18 BFP EDD 3/4/19

    I had my bloodwork drawn today for NIPT. The phlebotomist was SO nice and so quick. Super easy experience. Fast forward to when I'm driving home, midwife's office calls me... They didn't draw enough blood. They failed to mention that I was having a full genetic bloodwork draw & only drew enough for basic prenatal blood testing. Ha! So I had to drive back and get stuck in my other arm. I have cotton & tape on both my arms; I look like a drug addict. I wasn't mad, more amused, but still -- WTF!

    We leave for our babymoon on Sunday - our flight leaves early in the morning.  Well it looks like a huuuuge snow storm is supposed to hit western ny Saturday night into Sunday morning. FML. PLEASE LET THE FORECAST BE WRONNGGGG

    @moon1417 gl getting out.... that lake effect snow can be brutal
    @hey_clever_girl with my last pregnancy my MW forgot to order the "your mom is an old lady" anatomy scan so I had to go back and have it re-done... well the kicker is they still didn't get all the measurements the 2nd time so I had to go back for a 3rd! I didn't mind seeing the LO but man it was a lot of time spent with the US techs

    @moon1417 You live in WNY?!  That's where I'm from originally!

    Also weather related, DD's birthday party is Saturday and I have family driving from Western Michigan and Western NY and I'm nervous people aren't going to make it. Or maybe even worse, get snowed in and have to stay for so long at my house.

    Went to the DMV today.  standing room only with 2 windows working (our small town has a total of 3 windows usually).  I waited until my 10 am appointment, sorry eyebrows are more important LOL.  I'll go back after lunch. Storming all day.

    I randomly got SHINGLES today, at age 34! Wtf! Supposedly not harmful to baby ... but still scary! I’m not taking any meds - don’t want to risk anything. The meds don’t cure it, just lessen symptoms a bit.

    @blackcatmom anyone who has had chickenpox is at risk for developing shingles, stupid herpes viruses that never leave.  I hope this episode is short.

    This a WTF to myself


    i just realized that a day that took off of school is the same day as my field trip at school.  (I literally woke up at 11:30 last night when it hit me).  And no one else on my grade level will trade days with me.  It’s totally my own fault since I’ve known the dates for a while and should have switched earlier.  But still.

    A lot of work stuff that I can't go into is making me say WTF. Super annoyed. 

    Also we had a random ice storm and the schools were closed, which was really weird because it wasn't bad at all but DS1 was super pumped.

    Someone did something weird in the autoclave room, and now it has an overbearing stench of feet. I have to go in there to pick up stuff and I've been putting it off because the smell makes my stomach turn.

    @EmilyA724 Ah! that's pretty close to me, about an hour and a half - I'm near Rochester.  We are flying out of Buffalo on Sunday (FX at least).
