R/R: Rant - I'm soooo tired. I have been super busy this week and feel like I could sleep for 48 hours straight. Thank goodness the weekend will be here soon!
Rave - I have nothing major to do after work tonight, so I get to go to bed early. Yippee! Such an exciting life I lead 😂

R/R: I might have O'd yesterday! ... Or I might be O'ing as we speak! Ima stay around here for one more day and see what happens. Hard to confirm because I did not temp this cycle. Still feeling good about that choice but we'll see how BSC Jennifer feels in about a week. (:

@galentine Sorry that you're so tired, but at least you can get to bed earlier tonight. You've been such a warrior at work lately!

@jennifer_louise We are on the same O train! I'm glad that you feel good about not temping. I try to tell myself that it's super important to jam a thermometer inside of my vagine every morning, but deep down I know it's not. Maybe I'll have the zen mindset to stop temping one of these cycles...

R/R: I have my first RE appointment set up for next month, but I'm really hoping that I don't need it for lots of reasons. One of those reasons is because the office is 70 miles away, but I have to use them because they are approved through the fertility program covered by my insurance. The benefits are great, but I have to go to a specific Center of Excellence and that is the closest one. Luckily, the insurance company will cover for mileage (to some degree).

CS/Q: Vaginal temping is awesome, but I do find that I get a ton of repeat temps. Hopefully, I get a spike tomorrow.

@galentine yay for early bedtime! DH always makes fun of me when I go sleep by 9:00, but 12-hour work days zap me!

@elle-0409 how long have you had your BBT thermometer? If you’re getting a bunch of repeat temps, it may be worth buying a new one.

@jennifer_louise My doctor's office finally called me back almost two weeks later and said to stay at the same dose because it could be something else that's the problem so if it happens again, I should call them. Clearly, I'm ignoring her recommendation and finding a new OBGYN because she also wanted to put me on Clomid but not monitor me. I'm just really glad that getting KU is super easy and fun and inexpensive!

R/R: rave: I can finally hear out of my left ear again! I caught a pretty bad cold last week and then ended up at urgent care over the weekend for an ear infection. Thankfully, the antibiotics have killed off my cold symptoms so we've still been able to HIO this week.

@galentine Once I hit 30, I basically plan my day around my bedtime. Which is silly because I'm a nighthawk and I've converted MF into a night owl too so we're always up way later than we want to be, but we still *plan* to be in bed early every night

@jennifer_louise yay for O! Not gonna lie tho, gonna miss you 'round these parts.
@elle-0409 that's super sucky about the long drive to your RE. I picked mine based on location and it ended up working in my favour because he's great, but at first I was thinking I should've gone with "the best" (according to my OB). I just couldn't stomach the idea of driving over an hour out of my way every morning at 6am just for daily monitoring. I hope it won't come to that for you!! // also, re: temping, my RE could care less whether I temp or not, and after talking to some of my friends theirs sort of say the same thing, but he did say he's super impressed by my level of knowledge and understanding about my body and my cycles and general TTGP terms. I don't technically *need* to temp because of the monitoring but I do it just to have the data (y'know, in case I ever get KU and am TFAS and we decide to start trying naturally for a while, I'll want my cycle history).

@klstone25 glad the meds worked and you're starting to feel better. You know you're TTGP when you're still committed to HIO even when you feel like a sack of crap.

R/R: My only rant is that I had a long wait at the clinic this morning because my RE was doing a procedure that created a huge backlog for the u/s, but that leads me to my rave... while waiting, someone came in the waiting room and tapped the u/s technician on the shoulder to say hi and *TW* it turns out it was a long time patient that she knew from a previous clinic that she referred to this RE and who finally, after years and years of trying, got KU and her LO is now a year old. They had a little reunion and my tech was just beaming through my entire u/s. It was so heartwarming and inspiring. *end TW*
Other raves: I'm all dressed up today to go out for dinner and to see Come From Away tonight and I'm feelin' fine.

CS/Q: Biggest follie at 15mm today. The clinic is getting all excited and I'm like, calm your tits people, I didn't O until they hit 30mm last month so we're gonna be here a while. I have zero signs of EWCM but we're (I'm) attempting to informally SMEP it up anyway.

@misshelen86 it warmed my frozen, cynical little heart this morning. The tech was just going on and on about how this poor woman has been through hell and back and she is so over the moon happy for her. Normally I'm a little bitter about these things but it was so sweet to see her so invested in someone else's success. // I was going EOD at the beginning of my cycle but now that my follies are within range of possibly releasing they want me to come daily except Sundays. It's not so bad, I just have to leave about an hour earlier than I normally would to get to work.

R/R: I just wanted to reiterate how awesome you ladies are when I was having a rough day yesterday with my twin sister and her crazy demands for a bachelorette party cruise that was WAYYY over my budget and made me nervous about being KU *potentially*. Seems like maybe $700+ was also too rich for some of the other girls and the bridesmaid who is organizing the bachelorette party texted me about 1.5 hours after I said I wouldn't be able to go, that what if we did a wine tasting weekend instead and it would be $250ish to rent a house with a pool and have lunch at a winery, which is much better.

@misshelen86 I'm with ya on bedtime is the best. Yes, I still did OPKs. I got my + on Wednesday night, and another yesterday morning. (and then a negative yesterday evening, because apparently I can't stop peeing on things).

. I'm glad that there's a much more reasonable option for a bachelorette party. I, personally, hope that you won't be able to drink at the winery.

R/R: **TW: LC

DS was sick so I had to stay home with him and didn't get to check in. MH is home with him tiday and he seems to be doing better. Reeeeeeally hoping I don't also get sick, because this is my last cycle before benching myself, and currently it's looking really good, and our BD timing has been perfect, and I'll just be really really bummed if this throws off my O. It's already making my sleep pretty interrupted and missing work never helps my stress levels.

CS/Q: I got big time EWCM (that acronym always makes me laugh inside because I read it as "ew... cervical mucus") yesterday, and if not a completely positive OPK, a very close to positive. However, no temp spike yet, so might be Oing today. I lost my BBT somewhere, so I'm only using a normal thermomemeter and taking it orally, so lots of open circles, and definitely calls that part of my chart into question. Also lots of interrupted sleep due to the aforementioned in the spoiler.
