R/R: Rant - I'm soooo tired. I have been super busy this week and feel like I could sleep for 48 hours straight. Thank goodness the weekend will be here soon!
Rave - I have nothing major to do after work tonight, so I get to go to bed early. Yippee! Such an exciting life I lead 😂
CS/Q: nada
Month/cycle: 8

WAYDTGKU: HIO EODish, charting CM, PNV, giving up caffeine and sugar waaaaaahhh
R/R: I might have O'd yesterday! ... Or I might be O'ing as we speak! Ima stay around here for one more day and see what happens. Hard to confirm because I did not temp this cycle. Still feeling good about that choice but we'll see how BSC Jennifer feels in about a week. (:
CS/Q: not this time, hombre.
CD: 17
WAYDTGKU: HIO, PNV, OPK, BBT, B6, B12, progesterone, preseed
R/R: I have my first RE appointment set up for next month, but I'm really hoping that I don't need it for lots of reasons. One of those reasons is because the office is 70 miles away, but I have to use them because they are approved through the fertility program covered by my insurance. The benefits are great, but I have to go to a specific Center of Excellence and that is the closest one. Luckily, the insurance company will cover for mileage (to some degree).
CS/Q: Vaginal temping is awesome, but I do find that I get a ton of repeat temps. Hopefully, I get a spike tomorrow.
@jennifer_louise hooray for O! It’s always such a relief.
@elle-0409 how long have you had your BBT thermometer? If you’re getting a bunch of repeat temps, it may be worth buying a new one.

CS/Q: none
@daffodil_shoe My thermometer is only a couple of months old. After this cycle, I’ll change the battery. Good luck with your long shift! Hopefully, it is not too stressful.
@DAFFODIL_SHOE that work schedule would kill me! My morning-person brain shuts down at around 230pm lol.
@galentine lol hopefully you'll join us soon!! In the mean time, I will creepily stalk you from afar

R/R: rave: I can finally hear out of my left ear again! I caught a pretty bad cold last week and then ended up at urgent care over the weekend for an ear infection. Thankfully, the antibiotics have killed off my cold symptoms so we've still been able to HIO this week.

@jennifer_louise yay for O! Not gonna lie tho, gonna miss you 'round these parts.
@elle-0409 that's super sucky about the long drive to your RE. I picked mine based on location and it ended up working in my favour because he's great, but at first I was thinking I should've gone with "the best" (according to my OB). I just couldn't stomach the idea of driving over an hour out of my way every morning at 6am just for daily monitoring. I hope it won't come to that for you!! // also, re: temping, my RE could care less whether I temp or not, and after talking to some of my friends theirs sort of say the same thing, but he did say he's super impressed by my level of knowledge and understanding about my body and my cycles and general TTGP terms. I don't technically *need* to temp because of the monitoring but I do it just to have the data (y'know, in case I ever get KU and am TFAS and we decide to start trying naturally for a while, I'll want my cycle history).
@daffodil_shoe that's a loong shift. GL!
@klstone25 glad the meds worked and you're starting to feel better. You know you're TTGP when you're still committed to HIO even when you feel like a sack of crap.

R/R: My only rant is that I had a long wait at the clinic this morning because my RE was doing a procedure that created a huge backlog for the u/s, but that leads me to my rave... while waiting, someone came in the waiting room and tapped the u/s technician on the shoulder to say hi and *TW* it turns out it was a long time patient that she knew from a previous clinic that she referred to this RE and who finally, after years and years of trying, got KU and her LO is now a year old. They had a little reunion and my tech was just beaming through my entire u/s. It was so heartwarming and inspiring. *end TW*
Other raves: I'm all dressed up today to go out for dinner and to see Come From Away tonight and I'm feelin' fine.
How many GIFs is too many GIFs in one post?
CS/Q: Biggest follie at 15mm today. The clinic is getting all excited and I'm like, calm your tits people, I didn't O until they hit 30mm last month so we're gonna be here a while. I have zero signs of EWCM but we're (I'm) attempting to informally SMEP it up anyway.

@jennifer_louise Yay for a possible O! Are you basing it on just CM or OPK as well? Glad you are happy with your decision to not temp this cycle.
@elle-0409 I hope you don’t need the RE appointment. That’s quite the drive, but at least insurance will cover some of that.
@daffodil_shoe Hope you have a nice day at work!

@jennifer_louise You wild girl you for not temping. Are you still using OPKs? Yay for O!!
@elle-0409 WHOA! 70 miles is really far. That's good that your insurance will cover some of the mileage. Is it a trafficky route or just long? Also, you are awesome for V temping. Also got a laugh on your "TTC is easy/fun/inexpensive" comment and gif.
@daffodil_shoe That's super sucky about the late shift.
@klstone25 Glad you are feeling better!
@kiki047 Loved that story about your u/s technician. Made me smile Hope you and YF have a wonderful time tonight!

R/R: I just wanted to reiterate how awesome you ladies are when I was having a rough day yesterday with my twin sister and her crazy demands for a bachelorette party cruise that was WAYYY over my budget and made me nervous about being KU *potentially*. Seems like maybe $700+ was also too rich for some of the other girls and the bridesmaid who is organizing the bachelorette party texted me about 1.5 hours after I said I wouldn't be able to go, that what if we did a wine tasting weekend instead and it would be $250ish to rent a house with a pool and have lunch at a winery, which is much better.

@elle-0409 Really hope you don't need your RE appt, but that's great you get awesome benefits and get covered for mileage if you do!
@daffodil_shoe Ugh to working until 11:30, but I hope you get lots of sleep after your long shift!
@klstone25 Ugh, that sounds awful. Glad you're feeling better now!
@kiki047 Aww that's a nice story! I agree it's nice to know they are so invested in their patients!
@misshelen86 I hope you avoid the sickness!!! I hate when people come to work sick.
@stephanie123456 SO glad to hear the bachelorette party situation worked out. That sounds like a much nicer plan that a cruise. It sounds a lot more relaxing, which I'm all about in my old age.

@daffodil_shoe, oh my, so sorry for the late night tonight! I'll send you positive thoughts when I am snuggled warm in my bed at 8pm 😂
@jennifer_louise, LOL you might be stalking me for awhile, I don't expect O for another 5-8ish days. WAHH. We'll just have to wait patiently until we are reunited, hopefully in SMOctober!
@klstone25, glad you are feeling better! I had a terrible cold during one of my FWs too and it was the wooooooorst.
@kiki047, your story about the clinic interaction warmed my heart. What a great way to start the day! Hope some of the good luck from that technician runs off on you! ❤
@misshelen86, I get so cranky when coworkers come in sick and expose me to their germs. So rude! Sorry that happened to you!
@stephanie123456, SO glad your sister's bachelorette party is being scaled back. It sounds like she needed a reality check!
@shamrocandroll, LOL at ewww CM.
@elle-0409 I hope you don't need the RE. 70 miles would be rough.
@daffodil_shoe That work schedule would kill me. I can barely handle 9 to 5 most days.
@kiki047 I definitely cracked up laughing at your "You know your TTGP when.." Pretty sure this was an accurate representation of me to H last weekend:
@misshelen86 I hope you didn't catch your coworker's cold. I absolutely hate it when people come to work sick.
@stephanie123456 I'm so relieved for you that your sister's bachelorette party got scaled back and I love the idea of doing a wine tasting weekend.
