3 month old baby boy too big?

Hey guys my son is 13 weeks old and he is EBF. He is a big boy and has been rapidly growing since birth, he's currently about 20 ibs and I know logically hes not overeating but my Dr said he has never seen a baby that big at that age. He said it while laughing and showed no concern but I don't know why it makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong? Any input?

    If your doctor isn't concerned, you shouldn't be concerned. A few weeks ago, I read an article about a 15lb baby born in Texas -- literally three times the size of my LO's birth weight. Every baby is different.

    One of my 15 week old twins is 17lbs and his sister is 15lbs all babies are different. If they dont seem concerned at the drs I wouldnt be either
