Stuck deciding between 2 boy names. Opinions appreciated!

We are expecting our baby boy in just a couple of weeks. He will be named after his Mother's uncle. His name was Robert (he went by Bob).
We narrowed it down to these two choices, but we are stuck. Would love to hear some opinions as to which is better?
Choice 1:
Reid Stephen (or is Steven better?).
Concerns:
a) the name Reid is really strange??? Or is it "cool" because it's not too common.
b) Stephen vs Steven (couldn't think of another middle name we liked).
Choice 2:
Robbie
Concerns:
a) Sounds childish when he is older?
b) can't think of a middle name at this time.

Nothing wrong with Reid.
Robbie is not a given name that presents well
Robbie should stay a nn.
Reid Hayes
Reid Preston
Reid Nathan
Reid Matthew
Reid Carter
Or for Reid Stephen, I would use the ph version.
I also dont think theres anything weird about the name Reid, and I quite like it.
