Laparoscopy

I had an abortion due to Liquor shortage a year back.TTC again though diagnosis found that have one Fallopian tube issue which could be fixed by a Laparoscopy. Is Laparoscopy fix the issue and have better chances to get Preg again. Please answer me. Thanks

    Your doctor is the best to answer this. Yes, laprascopic surgery can (not guaranteed) to help with conceiving if there are physical issues of the tube
