Sounds like a neighborhood to me.
Carrington Estates...…….I wouldn't use it on a child and especially wouldn't use it for a BOY! I cant imagine a 15 year old boy introducing himself as Carrington.

I have a friend named Carrie that named her daughter Carrington. I especially didn’t like it then. It’s not my favorite, but if you love it, use it!

Carrington was the bad lady lead in Casper. She was snobby and evil, so that's what I associate this name with.

My niece is named Kerrington so because of that, I consider it a girl name.

Just because you are related/know someone with a "name" doesn't mean the name is a legit name (boy or girl). I could know a Miamibama and consider it a girl name- though completely made up.
