Anyone else getting this done or had it done? This is the first time it was offered to me since I am “elderly” this time around.

I was quoted for it to come back in 10 days. How long did yours take?

I am also nervous the results won’t be correct!

I did mine and it came back in one week. I got a no result (didn’t know my exact dates and took it too early). And will retake it next week.

It’s DNA based. So it’s really very accurate.

I got the NIPT done last week on Monday (the 10th) and the results are still not back. I was told 1 to 2 weeks.

I had it done with my last. It came back in a week and was accurate.

I just took it today and the genetic counselor said a week to ten days for results. She did tell me that there can be false positives with the test, so that is why they recommend amino if there are issues, which is 100 percent accurate. I am in the same boat as you and am quite nervous about the results.

It took 6 days for my results to come back.

I had mine taken on the 27th and I am assuming it will take even longer with New Years in there. Still no word and I am anxious as I had a Trisomy 18 loss last March.

Ok just kidding they just called me with the results! I am low risk and all things looked good for the baby!
