Dropped baby/engaged head

Hey everyone! Haven't really posted much but really curious about other mamas due around the same time as me. I am currently 33w4d and yesterdays ultrasound showed the baby had dropped and head is engaged. I'm slightly concerned this means he will be coming sooner than expected! I'm a FTM so this is all new to me! Anyone elses little nugget in the same position? Or any advice on the matter would be super appreciated! Thanks all!

Everyone is different but my youngest stayed like that for about 4 weeks before he came on his scheduled c/s day at 39w4d.

@rgarrett2006 this is vary common at this point in the game. And still have a full rearm pregnancy. Full term meaning 37 weeks .... I no it’s changed to 39/40.
