No Heartbeat / waiting for MC

Feeling really lost and scared. This past weekend I went to the ER and they couldn’t find my babies heartbeat anymore. I just feel so empty and scared. We tried two failed infertility treatments and right before we were going to star IVF we found out I was pregnant. This was our miracle baby and now we’ve lost it.
