mandylynnxo It's normal to feel nervous before your results. Loss of symptoms can be a sign of MC, but no guarantee either way. Please be respectful of the women on this board who have experienced or are currently going through a MC, and don't display your fears here. It is very rude. If you start bleeding irregularly or have concerns, please call your doctor and discuss your concerns with them. You could possibly ask for betas. If you would happen to have a MC, then this board would be appropriate, but just not feeling symptoms at 6 weeks PG does not mean you are experiencing a MC.

I reported your comment. This is my first pregnancy and i neevr said i had a false MC. Im asking for advice because i feel nothing and if thats how others felt
@mandylynnxo Why would you report that comment? She answered your question. Some people don't have pregnancy symptoms and go on to have successful pregnancies. Some people don't have symptoms and have a miscarriage. If you are concerned, contact your doctor. There are several posts on the First Trimester board about lack of pregnancy symptoms. This board is meant for those who have confirmed losses.

@mandylynnxo I agree. Im not sure why you would report that comment. This board is for those that have experienced a confirmed loss. She answered your post very nicely.
You’ve asked this question on multiple boards now. If your anxiety is this bad I really recommend talking to your doctor, both about your concerns with your symptoms and with your obvious anxiety about having a loss. A quick search using the search function on TB would tell you that many people have healthy pregnancies with minimal symptoms.
