I seriously thought about becoming a clown.

I also seriously thought about becoming a mortician.

I dated a mortician so I have slept in a funeral home.

I surprise people constantly because I am a personal trainer but I never played sports and was always picked last in gym class.

I come across as confident but I am the most insecure person.

I was born without outer ears or ear canals and have worn a hearing aid since I was 6 weeks old.

The condition is called Microtia, so I have bilateral grade III Microtia and Aural Atresia.

I was "friends" with Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Minnie, etc when I worked at Disney World. If you don't know what that means google it and you'll find it.

Not to toot my own horn but I am quite handy. I grew up in a house under construction and was a specialist at a home improvement store where I also operated a few types of forklifts!

I am obsessed with baby ducks. I prefer the standard Mallard baby ducks, but I’ll basically coo over any tiny version of water fowl.

I feel like I could come up with something better if I had the time, but most people are very surprised to hear that I got my degree in electrical engineering and that I'm a huge fan of metal music. Love head banging! I do like pop, but you won't see me lining up for the next Taylor Swift for Beyonce album.

A lot of people also get very surprised when they find out I'm left-handed.

@marebear15 @lillywonderland I was friends with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Stitch, Piglet, a Jawa (from Star Wars), Marie (from Aristocats), Annie (from Little Einsteins), Thumper, and Abu. I would mainly do dining and meet & greets with guests, although I did a few marathons and special events for Make A Wish. Unfortunately I was too short to be friends with any princesses. Disney is super strict about height for characters

@littleredm ...have you seen Ralph Breaks the Internet? I'm just going to assume that you're still a Disney fan AND for my own funsies that you were a Disney Princess--I just saw it last night & there are some hilarious scenes with the princesses in it. (It was cuttteee & good & made me cry but what doesn't--)

okay, here's mine: Up until I was, like, 22, I thought that dragons had been real but were extinct now. 😬

@inthewoods23 METAL!!! One of the best shows I've seen was Slayer and Pantera.

@riff323 I went to a Gwar concert once to write a report for a music history class (I forget what the class was actually called but the report was to go to a concert and reflect on it in a few ways). Not quite my taste in metal, but that was definitely a unique concert with some giant robot on stage and fake blood shooting out into the crowd.

@littleredm you win for coolest job ever!! Was it stuffy in the costumes? I'm claustrophobic, being inside any kind of mascot or character costume would be fun for all of about 3 mins, then I'd need fresh air lol.

One time years ago, I was driving on the freeway, started smelling gas, and saw my fuel meter going down. I pulled over, found the leak, cut the hose with a box cutter and re-clamped it. Never done it before in my life but my Dad was a mechanic. Maybe watching him all of those years in the garage taught me something.

I used to be an online gamer, years ago. First person shooter, multimedia online, in a clan, and went to lan tournaments.

@emeraldduchess Can you do an Australian accent? That and South African are the hardest for me by far. But I'm not that great at most of them, so... What celebrity do you like to imitate the most?

As for me, I used to do stand-up comedy when I lived in Los Angeles, I'm a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and I've been to the Playboy Mansion. (Those are all true, but now I want to play "Two Truths and a Lie.")

@elle-0409 i'm a college teacher & that's how i do the "get to know yous" in the beginning of class! i thought about using one of mine from that here, but i was trying to think of something that even ppl who are my friends might not know about me. also, i totally am into your stand-up comedy past life! that's so cool. & i bet so hard! i hope you got lots of laughs.

@emeraldduchess i am the worst at accents. (i have, like, a "dad voice" i use when i am repeating things my dad said but it sounds NOTHING like him. that's all i got.) utmost respect for that one.

@kagesstarshroom up until this year I honestly never knew that pink flamingos were a real animal. I truly thought they were lawn ornaments. I mentioned it to my bf one day randomly and he’s like ‘you’re kidding right?’ And the next weekend took me to butterfly land because they have pink flamingos.

something that people are surprised to find out about me. Hmm. Well I have pretty severe ADHD. It effects my life every single day and the only way I got thru high school which is also something that would surprise is by being high on marijuana lol. I wasn’t a typical stoner. I would go to school, get all my work and get high st home by myself, do my homework then read hahaha. My best friends didn’t even know I had ever smoked weed because it wasn’t something I did socially.
I don’t do it anymore, can’t stand the smell.

@elle-0409 I can do an Australian accent, but have never attempted South African. I don't imitate celebrities so much as I imitate people that I know (not in a mean way). I can also mimic a few SNL characters (Gilly, the Girl You Wish You Hadn't Started a Conversation With at a Party).
