Back story, both of my previous pregnancies have resulted in severe morning sickness or hyperemesis gravidarum (HG). I was on a mixture of Zofran, Reglan, and Phengran (sorry about spelling) to even keep down food. They didn’t help with nausea at all.
Now, when I mentioned to my OB how bad my nausea already is at 6 weeks and I’ve been fighting it since week 3, they decided to put me on dicgleis. Has anyone tried this? It’s not working for crap and I’m on day three. I’ve read mixed reviews. I haven’t ate a real meal in weeks and I’m starving! Even the thought of food makes me sick. Please tell me this takes a bit to kick in. I really don’t want to go back to Phenegran Suppositories.

I have been taking it at night, two pills. It helps a little but nothing like I feel it should. And thanks for the tip on constipation! I had no idea and that explains a lot.
My OB said you could take it up to four pills per day. Have you tried that?

@bartonolivia it did make me extremely tired in the mornings at first, but I think I’ve adjusted since taking it for a week. I’ve also been really tired in general, so it’s kind of hard to distinguish... However, last night it didn’t work (or either the banana I ate messed with my stomach) and I was up all night. Ugh!
B6 by itself seemed useless, but adding Unisom helped a ton.
I took diclegis four times a day (combined with Zofran) with my first. I can’t say it helped with my nausea much. But that combo did help so I could keep down some bland food and I would only throw up once or twice a day. So, it was decent.
