*Which birth month board/due date? Henry was born 8 days early on Sept 30th. It was a very fast, surprise labor that involved pre-e very unexpectedly as well as surprisingly low platelets and no meds (not by choice)

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? We had our AS on Friday and things look great! We're obviously very relieved but still hoping things look just as great at the fetal echo next month.
I still stalk and I'm rooting so fucking hard for my IF ladies. Whether you guys think you are or not....you are all absolute bad asses and just absolutely amazing to do what needs to be done for a family

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Had our anatomy scan at the beginning of the month and everything looked good, which is a relief.

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Everything seems to be going smoothly (knock on wood), and I will be going for a growth scan in a couple of weeks just to make sure.
I still stalk the TTCAL thread daily and I’m sending all the ttcal ladies major hugs. Just remember that you are stronger than you think.

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. Sydney Cora--she joined us on October 23rd when I was 38 weeks. She'll be 3 weeks old tomorrow and she already has quite an eventful story. The summarized version: After being in labor for only a short time, I had an emergency c-section because there were problems with Sydney's oxygen levels. A few hours after her birth, they found that she had a mass on her kidney about the size of a baseball that had misplaced her organs and was squishing her lungs. That night she was transported to another hospital where she had surgery when she was 4 days old to remove the mass and her kidney. She's been recovering in the hospital since then and we should be going home in a while once she learns to eat and continues to gain weight.

When I joined TTGP last year, I never imagined I would make good friends, let alone form friendships that feel even stronger than some of my IRL friendships. From starting the TTC journey to experiencing losses to now--having a baby in the NICU and dealing with an unimaginable amount of stress and anxiety--you guys have been there for me all along and I mean it when I say that I don't know what I would have done without you. Thank you for your support and friendship; it means the world to me. This is my last check in, but you know I'll be lurking and lovetitting and I hope that soon the day will come when I'll no longer recognize any of the names in the TTCAL thread.

I can't believe I'm in the single digits of weeks left. I have no idea how time blew by like that. We have his nursery almost finished and now he's just packing on the pounds before his arrival.
I can't believe so many of my fellow TTGP grads have already given birth and so many more have started the journey. It makes my heart burst with happiness everytime I see another bmb open and grad posts appear. There are still some TTGPers that I'm lurking and hoping so hard for. But the last two days my symptoms (MS mainly) have subsided and of course I’m worried. I wish I could just enjoy this pregnancy, but it’s just so hard with PGAL brain.

I'm belated in updating here on the board but I wanted to post one more time. The people on this board really got me through and supported me during my TTC journey. Thank you and I'm sending good thoughts to all of you here trying for baby.
