What are the “rules” on exercise? The nurse yesterday told me not to start any new exercise unless I had been doing it a while before pregnancy. I have been pretty sedentary since I started my new job, and haven’t done much exercise. Since the five week mark I’ve also been pretty nauseous and exhausted. However, I don’t want to just stay sedentary for the entire pregnancy.
What are everyone’s thoughts on starting exercise? I’m think second trimester when everyone says you should feel “more energized?”
