Spotting after pregnancy test

so I had some brown discharge after I got a positive pregnancy test. One woman said that that wasn’t normal and that I should prepare for a miscarriage. The spotting happened for one day and I have not had any bleeding or pain since. I took several more pregnancy test afterwards and they all came back positive. My hcg levels are rising and I’m about 7-9weeks pregnant by now. My next ultrasound will hopefully confirm how far along I am.

    Brown blood = old blood
    If you are not bleeding and you only had a little spotting if brown blood, you should be fine. It seems that you have seen a health care provider since getting a pregnancy test since you say your HGC levels are rising and sounds like you are scheduled for ultrasound - discuss concerns with them as they are more knowledgeable than us.
