DH has the week off work and I’m a SAHM so we will be hanging out this week. Hoping to get baby’s nursery started and make some freezer meals. On Thanksgiving we will travel to my parents’ (an hour away).
DH works MTW this week, but he’s working from home Wednesday. My brother and SIL both work on thanksgiving day so we are having our big meal on Wednesday with them. Other than that it’s going to be a super chill week.

We both work Monday through Wednesday. Thursday morning we will be waking up early to drive 4 hrs to my FILs house in NJ. Traffic is so much better Thursday morning than Wednesday so that was my preference. We will be leaving Saturday night after dinner - again to try to beat traffic even though the timing isn’t ideal. I’m hoping the ride isn’t too uncomfortable and we don’t need to make too many stops!
Were going to dinner at my in-laws. Were actually going to be there all day so dh can help ils with random electronics and wifi stuff, lol. It's going to be the first year without DH's aunt and her children will all be coming over so it's going to be a very emotional holiday.
One of my cousins came to DC to spend thanksgiving with us - so we’re hosting a 21 year old college kid this week. He’s helping DH finish up nursery (put crib together, hang stuff), and we already have way too much food (though I always say that and my college-age cousins seem to be able to pack away way more than I can. Friday we’re having a bunch of people over for leftovers and games.
My in laws are visiting from the midwest, a and staying with us for a few days. On Wednesday we're all driving up to spend Thanksgiving at my dad's. It's normally a 90 minute drive, but I'm dreading how long it will take in traffic.
I work on all day Wednesday and a half day Friday, but I work from home on Fridays. We’re planning on leaving to go to my IL’s on Wednesday after I get home. It’s a 2.5 hour drive. We’ll make our 3 Thanksgiving rounds on Thursday (I’m not cooking anything), then DS and I will drive an hour to my parents’ house and stay there until Saturday morning. My IL’s live so far out in the country that they can’t get internet, so I have to go to my parents’ to get my work done on Friday. DH plans on going hunting with his dad on Friday, and we’ll head back home Saturday morning.

We will do lunch on Thanksgiving at my MIL's and then supper at my brother's for my dad's side of the family. Then that Saturday we are eating at my mom's.
Oh and we are taking DD to get pictures with Santa that a local photographer sets up on Sunday. Last year she sobbed and while I felt bad for her, the pictures were kind of adorable lol.
We host Friendsgiving every year (usually the weekend before Thanksgiving but we had a wedding this year) so that has been postponed until December 15ht.
My side of the family is driving from Illinois to Virginia on Wednesday! We’re hosting Thanksgiving this year as we always spent it in Illinois (much easier for us to travel than the entire fam to come here).
DH & I work until Wednesday but I haven’t even checked my emails yet.
We’ll fry our turkey this year and I’m looking forward to all the sides. It is going to be a mad house with DD and her cousins running around our place. We have my parents and my brother’s family staying with us so it’ll be a full house for sure.
Cooking a few dishes throughout this week and then we're going to my mom's house for turkey day. She lives about an hour from us. We are making stuffing, mashed potatoes (the pioneer woman recipe, so thank you to whoever posted that one in the other Thanksgiving thread!), bacon-wrapped dates with cream cheese in middle, and a no-bake peanut butter cheesecake. I'm excited that my regular wardrobe already includes stretchy pants! :P
My in-laws will be out of state visiting my brother-in-law aka their favorite child. My wife's fam isn't too big on Thanksgiving so we always do it with my fam, especially since we do Xmas things with my in-laws because my fam is Jewish. I enjoy not having to split the holiday and my sympathies go out to all for whom it becomes a source of stress and aggravation!
My wife and I have conceived a babe with my body and frozen donor sperm through IUI, with medication support (clomid, ovidrel, and injections of progesterone) IUI #1, #2, and #3: Dec 2017, Jan 2018, and Feb 2018 - all BFN HSG Test: April 2018 - all clear! We are staying home like we always do. Just having a very low key day. I am prepping some things, like stock the day before and possibly making the Indian Pudding as well, otherwise we are cooking this Thursday.
