Yesterday at 11 weeks pregnant, I used a stethoscope to try & hear the baby's heartbeat. I was able to for about 3 seconds! Then the baby moved & I could no longer hear the heartbeat. I suggest getting a stethoscope as it is such a comfort to hear that precious sound!
Sincerely,
Amanda

Don't have a stethoscope; getting one today!
Re: Can you hear your baby's heartbeat with a stethoscope?
ETA: Please don’t give out false medical advice like this. You cannot hear the baby this early on a stethoscope. We have had a lot of losses here lately and encouraging people to find a heartbeat this way will only create panic and worry.
At 11 weeks, some women won’t even be able to find a heartbeat on a Doppler. OP you picked up your own heartbeat. Congrats, you are alive.
Also, we are still curious to know if you peed on “one” FRER multiple times and have you seen your OB to confirm pregnancy?

Surely no one actually WOULD take this seriously...?
I genuinely hope you get well mentally. That being said, you should kindly back off this board until you get yourself situated.
Unfortunately even if she gets blocked I have a feeling she will come back under another name.
