How'd you meet? In college, through my BIL, who was sort of like a big brother to me. Now he really is.
How's your SO feeling about your BFP? We're both tentatively optimistic and happy. If it's twins, though, he'll freak.
What are you looking forward to seeing your SO and LO do the most? I love seeing our eldest sleep in his arms, so looking forward to that a second time around. It just softens DH so much, he's a bit of a hedgehog so it's nice to see him just cuddle up gently with our kid.
-We've been together for 14yrs and married almost 6.
How'd you meet?
-We were in high school and I just started my first job at a local grocery store. He came in with this Ole Miss hat and a big goofy smile. I remember going home and telling my mom about this really hot guy that came through my line ha! He started coming in every Sunday after that even if it was just to buy a pack of gum. Finally after 2 months he got the courage to ask me for my number. He called me when I got off work and we've been together ever since.
How's your SO feeling about your BFP?
-He's super nervous. Once we have our first appt and see everything is OK he'll be completely stoked. He's been wanting another baby for the last year now.
What are you looking forward to seeing your SO and LO do the most?
-Seeing them nap together and watching him babywear in public! There's nothing sexier than a man with a baby! 😍 😍 😍

How'd you meet? We met through a now-defunct dating website back in 2008 when we both lived in NY.
How's your SO feeling about your BFP? He's excited. Nervous about the changes, since we've been on a wild ride with DS for 4.5 years. He's so great with with kids though and LOVES baby.
What are you looking forward to seeing your SO and LO do the most? MH is so dedicated to teaching and exploring new things with DS, it'll be great to see it all over again but also see them as a whole little crew, DS, LO and DH.

How's your SO feeling about your BFP? We were both, and ARE, so ridiculously excited. We wanted this for quite some time.
What are you looking forward to seeing your SO and LO do the most? He is a chef by trade and I can't wait to seem them in the kitchen together. Also just all the snuggles and being there for every milestone. He will be the best daddy.

He was SUPER excited! Him and his brother are 3 years apart, and my brother and I are 1.5 years apart. We wanted to start trying when DD was 9 months old. Low and behold, we think about getting pregnant and it happens.

@nopegoat I’ve wanted to see DH baby wear, but I’m too selfish and I always carry her! But he does want to try it! I’m just excited for him to play with 2 little munchkins!
I totally get being selfish though. Baby snuggles and kissing that sweet little head are the best!

How's your SO feeling about your BFP? He's excited and still a little shocked haha. It took him a while to come around to the idea of having kids but he is very supportive and totally on board now.
What are you looking forward to seeing your SO and LO do the most? I'm also looking forward to seeing him getting bossed around by a mini lol. He's a musician and already planning on music lessons, and I'm excited to see him share that love with our LO.

How'd you meet? We met at a mutual friends house on st. Patrick’s day. I was 18 and a senior in high school, he was 23 and graduated from college. I thought he was too old and he thought I was too young 😂
How's your SO feeling about your BFP? He’s excited, but pretty calm and nonchalant about it right now. I think once we have our first appt and first ultrasound his excitement will really kick in!
What are you looking forward to seeing your SO and LO do the most? When he holds the baby for the first time, and watching them snuggle. As baby gets older, seeing them play together. DH is so awesome with our boys, I can’t wait to see him with the new baby!

How's your SO feeling about your BFP? Hes super excited. This is number 3 for us and the last time we got pregnant we tried for about 5 months and REALLY enjoyed that, LOL. But this go around we got BFP on the first try so he's a little bummed to be missing out on "draft week"

How's your SO feeling about your BFP? Nervous and scared but slowly getting more excited. I'm hoping the first ultrasound will help. We started trying when we did because we thought it would take a while (it didn't!) so I think he planned on having more time to figure a bunch of career choices. We aren't exactly in the place we wanted to be career wise when we had a kid but we've also been waiting for many many years to get there. Finally we just decided that having a family is more important than having everything perfectly lined up.
What are you looking forward to seeing your SO and LO do the most? At first definitely cuddle. As the child gets older probably them spending time together in the garage fixing cars and building stuff which is what my husband loves to do in his spare time.

What are you looking forward to seeing your SO and LO do the most? He loves to baby wear, but I’m honestly most excited to hear him sing this lo the same lullabies he sings to our two oldest boys. I love hearing him sing to our babies.
So apparently we met the first time at our entrance placement exams for our Master's Degree. It was a small program so there were only 8 or so of us in the room. My future husband was sitting next to me however all my attention was focused on the guy who was on my other side that I thought was cute (turns out he was gay so while we were great friends clearly that romantic relationship never went anywhere!). I suppose I was wearing a somewhat low cut top and my husband claims he spent a good portion of the test admiring the view (he's a foot taller than I am so he had a good angle). Anyways fast forward to a few days later we both happened to be in the computer lab at the same time. I was looking up half marathon information as I planned on running one soon. In an attempt to make conversation with me my DH glanced at my computer screen, saw the running websites, and proceeded to ask me about them (he was a distance runner in HS). Well I had NO memory of meeting him a few days before so I just thought he was a creepy stranger looking at my computer screen. That opinion remained for a week or two until we had an assignment due in a class together and he ended up saving my butt on it and totally helped me get it done in time. After that we were inseparable best friends for two years before we finally started dating!
