Any appointments? Questions?: Still waiting on November 6th. A heartbeat will make this feel real.
Rants/Raves?: Not really a rant, but really, really eager for my sister to have her baby. For all the obvious reasons (I can’t WAIT to be an aunt), but also because, DAMN, this one has been hard to hide. Between the all day not-quite-nausea feeling, the obliterating exhaustion, and the inability to drink, I can’t wait to just be open about this pregnancy so I have an excuse to lie down if I need it. My rave? My Sox won the championship last night and I’m a happy, happy girl. #DamageDone
How are you feeling?: It feels like I have constant, mild motion sickness. It sucks. I’ve never had morning sickness before and now, if I’m not constantly eating some form of mild carbs, my stomach rebels. That, and I hit a solid brick wall of exhaustion around 2:00 every day. Not convenient.
GTKY: What are you/SO/kids dressing up as for Halloween and what are your plans? I’m not a huge Halloween fan for personal reasons, but I’m trying to get into it for my kids’ sake. My 3 year old is going as an astronaut, and the twins will ride in their wagon as aliens. We’re making the wagon look like their space ship.

Rants/Raves?: DS1 Ran his first 5k this weekend. He finished 1st in his age group 13 and under (he is 6). I have never been more proud in my life. I ran with him and pretty much cried the entire last mile because I was so dang proud of him!
How are you feeling?: I feel great!
GTKY: What are you/SO/kids dressing up as for Halloween and what are your plans? My boys only want to be boyish boring thing haha! DS1: Halo Man, DS2: Red Power Ranger. Our house is popular at Halloween, so we are going to trick or treat early then head back to the house for a fun night of friends and family.

Any appointments? Questions?: My first u/s with the RE is wed and first OB appt is Thurs. I'm so freaking nervous.
Rants/Raves?: DS is 4 and is the world's pickiest eater. I know part of it is my fault for giving in because I got tired of fighting. But it's frustrating.
How are you feeling?: My stomach is not happy this morning and I'm tired all the time. And irritable.
GTKY: What are you/SO/kids dressing up as for Halloween and what are your plans. DS is gecko from PJ Masks. We are going trick or treating wed night hopefully. It's supposed to rain all day.

Rants/Raves?: Rant - I'm kind of over the hangover feeling and being tired all the time. Rave: My H has been AMAZING this week, cleaning up and picking up all my slack. Also, DD stayed with my parents this weekend and I got to sleep in until 10:30 and I felt like I woke up from coma. It was unreal.
How are you feeling?: Very blah. My stomach is unsettled all the time, I had *TMI* horrible diarrhea this weekend. And I'm oh so tired and lazy.
GTKY: What are you/SO/kids dressing up as for Halloween and what are your plans. I don't have a costume this year. DD has a dog costume that she wont let me get near her. So we'll see how that goes. She also has a little pumpkin costume that she wore once without protest so she may just be a pumpkin. It's supposed to be crappy weather here, so planning to just go to our neighbors and hang out/hand out candy.
@ShadeofGreen816 I basically begged for the Friday appointment. Our office is closed on the 12th for Veterans Day and I didnt want to wait until Tuesday! YAY for EDD and Appt. twins!

Rants/Raves?: Next week I am going for a week of training about 6 hours away from home for 6 nights and I am starting to panic a little about how it will all work out.
How are you feeling?: I started taking Bonjesta a few days ago and it finally seems to really be taking the edge off. I still feel like crap but it is slightly helping.
GTKY: What are you/SO/kids dressing up as for Halloween and what are your plans? my son has a woody costume but we dont really do much. He will dress up for daycare and maybe our one neighbors house but we will probably just hang out at home

Any appointments? Questions?: Finally got my first appt. for next Tuesday. Regular OB-GYN but still an hour drive. But they work in the network of MFMs I’d want to use and I can’t get an appointment there without a referral
Rants/Raves?: Rant- I feel like I got hit by a truck this morning. Everything hurts, aches and I can’t eat. Rave- I have a couple really good friends that have just stepped up for me in different ways lately. No questions asked and none of them know I am pregnant. I hate reaching out but seeing people I love bending over backwards with almost no warning or explanation has been humbling in the best way.
How are you feeling?: like poo
GTKY: What are you/SO/kids dressing up as for Halloween and what are your plans? 1 year old will be a lion because we are dressing him and our dog up the same lol. 3 year old will be a dinosaur because dinosaurs are life (thanks Peppa) and 4 year old will probably go as herself because even normal clothes annoy her. We used to dress up and hand out candy but we live in the country now so we will either go trick or treating or take them to a trunk or treat (as much as I roll my eyes at those things it is nice when your kids are small and the weather is in the 30s)

Rants/Raves?: Rant: i've had constant motion sickness since yesterday. Rave: I know the sickness is for something special, it will pass, i keep telling myself.
How are you feeling?: Starting yesterday, i've had constant motion sickness. I've been drinking ginger ale, forcing crackers down even though i have no appetite for anything. I'm also extremely exhausted and just want to do nothing.
GTKY: What are you/SO/kids dressing up as for Halloween and what are your plan? I had a huge halloween party this past weekend. had almost 85 people at our house - maybe that''s why i'm so exhausted?

Any appointments? Questions?: Had our first ultrasound today, got to see a heartbeat and a tiny tiny tiny baby lol we could actually barely see it. Definitely feels more real now that there is a heart beat!
Rants/Raves?: I’ve been having ummm... some sort of Husband Aversion lol. Seem to be getting easily annoyed by little things these days lol, trying to not go crazy because I know it is due to hormones.
How are you feeling?: As if I have a constant hangover from waking up till bed time!! Just want to lay down all day lol, no real nausea or vomitting though, just queasy stomach feeling. Some food aversions, definitely have a greater power of smell now too!
GTKY: What are you/SO/kids dressing up as for Halloween and what are your plans? I will be boring this year
. We are travelling tomorrow to Chile, so we dont really have any fun plans or parties quite yet.

Any appointments? Questions?: First appt with the OB on Nov. 5th. She wants to do an U/S, but I don't. MH won't be able to be there and I want to see it all for the first time with him. Hopefully she isn't a jerk and will let me hold off.
Rants/Raves?: I got home from my trip "home" to visit family last night. I had an awful time....so awful I told my mother that if she wants to see me again she can come visit me because I'm not ever coming "home" again. There was so much family drama surrounding that stupid wedding and I was put in the middle of it all. I can't stand anyone but MH and my dogs right now. Everyone else can get lost.
How are you feeling?: NOT GOOD. I am so unbearably grumpy and tired and nauseous. I can't drink coffee anymore because even the idea of it makes me gag. I'm trying to remain grateful, but I'm just miserable right now.
GTKY: What are you/SO/kids dressing up as for Halloween and what are your plans? BAH HUMBUG. MH will probably be working and we don't have any children. I'm tempted to turn our lights off and hole myself up in our movie room and binge The Office.

Then I would go to bed mad. I laugh about it now, but for real. It was just dinner.
I mean, I knew that the first tri isn't easy. I knew what the symptoms were. But, experiencing them? Ugh.

Any appointments? Questions?: 36 days until my first appointment, not that I'm counting down or anything haha
How are you feeling?: Pretty gross, just a constant state of nausea and so tired. We'd been doing so good at eating healthy and following a whole foods diet (80/20) but the thought of vegetables or meat or anything that's not a bland carb makes me feel awful. Hoping for this to let up but I have no idea what to expect because I've never felt like this in any pregnancy.
GTKY: What are you/SO/kids dressing up as for Halloween and what are your plans? Nothing for MH and I, boring this year. My son is supposed to wear his Batman Lego costume but this morning decided to put on his Flash costume which is only the logoed muscle shirt and mask, no pants to match or anything. Similarly I splurged and bought my daughter an Elsa dress from the Disney store but this morning she insisted on wearing her Anna dress which is a cheap ripoff version we got as a hand me down lol
