hello! nice to see they finally opened the board! i think i should be 6 weeks thursday. I have a daughter that's 1.5, and I am so very thankful for her, because now we are having miscarriage issues. Great to be here and have the support!
Hiiiiiii!!! So happy the board is finally opened, hopefully the app will get sorted out too! I’m about 5weeks, still need to call the OB and schedule an appointment. This will be my 4th kiddo, I’ve got 2girls and 1boy. OldestDD is 4, youngerDD is 3, and DSis 19months. They were all preemies, so I’m kind of nervous and hopeful that we’ll have a full term baby this time.
Hi Beautiful Ladies!! I feel like we have been waiting for this board forever!!
About Me: I'm 35 and my SO is 37. We were TTC for 6 months before I got the BFP. I have a bit of a complicated backstory (who doesn't, right?) - I was previously married and we tried for over a year with no success. I was 100+ lbs overweight and had a PCOS DX. We went to a RE but besides initial testing, they told me to come back after losing some weight. Fast forward a few months and my husband passed away suddenly and TTC became a moot point. I was pretty sure I would never find someone else I wanted to have children with.
While navigating through my grief, I lost a bunch of weight and had normal cycles again! Due to my history and my age, my RE said to come in at 6 months. Had my initial appointment and was told to come back when I got my period to start testing all over again. That period never came. I got my BFP on 10/25. I'm 5+1 with a EDD of 7/8.
I was active on TTGP and it was so incredibly helpful and I got to know some of the best women ever. I am SO beyond excited to be here and to get to know all of you!
My official intro: *********************************************TW TW TW TW**********************************************
I'm Becky, teacher in Alaska, married, 2 boys 9 and almost 11. DH and I have been married almost 12 years (anniversary is in 11 days on my 41st birthday) but we have been together for nearly 19. We have always wanted a big family, but we had some marital struggles, I had some major depression, and then when things started going happily again relationship wise, we suffered 4 MCs all between 6-11 weeks.
Since my last loss last December DH has REFUSED to "finish" inside of me, at least until I actually went to a doctor, got blood work done, and an all clear from the Dr. that it was not dangerous for me to physically to keep trying. So I went Keto, started herbal supplements that I had taken with my successful pregnancies, went to the Dr. when we moved from remote Alaska to the road system, got the all clear and literally got pregnant on the first try.
Now I am somewhat anxiously and filled with hope awaiting what we desperately want to be take home baby #3.
My EDD is July 13th, and this will be baby #3 for DH and me! We have been married 5.5 years! I have a 4 year old DS (July '14), his birthday is the day after my due date for #3! It'll be interesting to see how close their birthdays actually end up being! I also have a 22 month old DS (January '17). This will be our last baby, so I'm looking forward to soaking this pregnancy in and getting to know everyone on the board! I wish everyone a H&H 9 months!
Hello! DH and I are 29 y/o and this is my first pregnancy. I had a myomectomy in 2015 and need to deliver via c-section, most likely in my 37th week to avoid uterine rupture. EDD is July 18 based on LMP, but I will probably deliver closer to July 1. DH and I have one kitty furbaby who we love very much Can't wait to start this journey!
OMG OMG - is this real?! Are we really live here?! Let me reintroduce myself for all the mama's that didn't make it to our waiting room thread - I am so happy to be here with you all! My name is Hunter.... DH and I have one DS who turned two in August. I got my BFP at 10DPO with a digital! **TW** This is my third pregnancy as I unfortunately I miscarried at 8+ weeks in July due to conceiving on the IUD Paraguard. ** End TW ** My EDD currently is July 9th. We are hoping for a little girl, but I'll be thrilled if I end up as a boy-mom again as well! Looking forward to the journey ahead with all of you! HH 9 months to everyone!
This is my second baby. My DD turned two in September. I am due July 14th. This one will be a planned c. My first one was an emergency c, and a lot went wrong afterwards.
I have very bad PCOS, but I never had trouble conceiving. I started metformin in May. I lost about 156lbs about 7 years ago. I gained back around 50 between grad school and my pregnancy with DD. After months of being unable to lose, my doctor felt that treating my PCOS with metformin would help with weight loss. I lost about 32lbs over the summer. My doctor wants me to stay on metformin and keto throughout the pregnancy.
Hi ladies! Good to finally have our space! My EDD is July 10th. This will be Dh and I's 2nd. We a daughter who turned 6 at the end of August. I got my IUD removed last November and I can't believe it's taken nearly a year for us to conceive. I was ready to give up and just see what happens. We also have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I can't to get know you ladies more.
Hey everyone! This will be our third baby with a July 18th due date. I have two girls 4 & 1.5. *Tw* I had a cp last month* I had my first beta draw yesterday and it was 97 and I’ll have my repeat tomorrow.
Hi everyone! I have 4 boys that are 8, 6, nearly 4, and 2yrs old and this will hopefully be baby #5. EDD July 9th.
****TW**** My last pregnancy wasn't exactly planned and when it ended with an early loss we were devastated. H and I knew we didn't want my last pregnancy to end that way so we decided to go ahead and try again but are terrified of another loss. ***End TW****
This will be our last baby!
I'm a sahm, main caretaker of our little farm/homestead, and a very, very amateur wannabe photographer. I'm going to apologize in advance for posting way too many pictures.
Anyways, I can't wait to get to know all of you. I am still pretty close with all of my previous BMBs and I'm sure this one will be no different.
Wife. Boy mom x6. Expecting #7. Wannabe homesteader. , 💙💙💙💙💙💙
Yessss!! This day keeps getting better and better!
I am so ecstatic to be here with you all! I am 36, will be 37 at birth, and this with be my second child with MH. We have a 4yo DS wild child who is so excited for us to have "all the babies". It has been a long road to #2, much further beyond a few months of TTC, and I am so very grateful to be experiencing this here and now.
LO's EDD is July 19th. I previously had a CS with a wonderful OB but a not-so-fabulous hospital experience. This time I'm going for a VBAC with a Midwife at a birthing center and I meet with them next week. If it doesn't work out, that's OK and luckily we're 5 minutes from our hospital of choice too.
I'm 34 and currently due 7/1 with my first. My husband is 33, and we've been married a little over a year. I'm a patent lawyer in North Carolina, though I'm originally from Texas. We currently have 2 dogs, including a 7-month-old puppy who's cute but a mess.
I'm really excited to get to know all of you. I'm 31 and so is DH, I'll be 32 when Baby G is born. We have been married 9 months (together 4 years) and this is baby #1 for the both of us. Baby G is due July 8th on DH Birthday but we'll see if that really happens. I got my BFP on oct 24th so I've been tortured already with this great news for a while. Our first appointment with the OB is Nov 27th. I can not wait to hear baby G's little heart as I'll be a little over 8 weeks. I'm already thinking of cute Christmas announcement ideas as I'll be about 12 weeks then.
Hey girls! FTM here. I'm 34, DH is 30, and we've been married for five years. We're nerds who give themes to every year we're married (last year we called it our "year of s*** we can't do with kids", like getting Disney World annual passes even though we live 1500 miles away), and this year is our "year of adventures"...which we had decided on about 3 months before we got our BFP. Guess we nailed that one. We're currently in Nebraska, but DH is a college basketball coach so by the time Baby shows up, who knows where we'll be.
I have no idea when my EDD actually is -- by LMP/O, I'd be June 29/30, but my OB said July 1 (and the ultrasound I had a couple weeks ago in the ER said June 26). So...somewhere in there? I have another ultrasound tomorrow and will get more info then, so I might be bowing out early if she confirms June instead of July (I'm on that board too, full disclosure). But everyone seemed so cool in the waiting room, I wanted to join in here as well! Hoping it's cool to stick around and get to know you gals better too!
I am 37, 38 in Jan, due with my 3rd on 7.16. DH is also 37 and we have been married for 5 years. We have two boys 4yo and 2yo, and anticipating this will be our 3rd boy, LOL but you never know!! This will be my third pregnancy using TB and have always found it super helpful, supportive and fun! I'm looking forward to getting to know you all!
Hello! I have a 3 year old daughter and *TW* have been TTC #2 since 1/2017. We have had 4 losses in that time (7w2d, CP, 15w5d, CP) so I am cautious but hoping this is our rainbow baby. I am on progesterone this time and hoping that is the magic pill I need as I am diagnosed as Unexplained Recurrent Pregnancy Loss. *End TW*
I am still super active with my A15 group and looking forward to that will all of you as well!
Hello ladies!!! my husband and i are 31 yrs old and due on july 4. battled infertility for 2yrs (had a failed ivf cycle in july) and ended up getting preg naturally. who would have ever thought? we are still in shock and so excited. i have a son who is 8yrs old and this will be my husbands 1st. we also have a furbaby, golden retreiver, who is a year old. i remember using TB when i was pregnant with my son so it's been awhile.... but im back! lol
Hi everyone! My name is Nichole. My husband and I were married in March and we have a 2 year old son. We live in Texas and have a rescue pup. My husband is obsessed with golf. I have a pretty demanding job so I like to spend all my free time with our little one.
Hi ladies! DH and I are 37 and we have 3 boys (8, 6, 2). This makes baby #4 for us and we're cautiously optimistic.
***TW***** We had a loss between our last two (at 12w) and it was absolutely devastating. I had some spotting this morning so all of that emotion came rushing right back. It has since stopped so we're praying that it sticks. ***END TW***
I'm still really close to my last BMB and hope to find that same supportive community here.
I'm 39 and SO is 51. We've been together almost 20 years and have an almost 5 year old DD. We're due July 4th but will be delivering in June via RCS if all goes well.
TW
I have had 2 MMCs this past year (13 weeks and 10 weeks) so I won't feel comfortable until we get past the first trimester. They took us 8 and 9 cycles respectively to conceive so I was shocked when we got pregnant our first cycle trying after our last D&C this past summer.
End TW
I mostly lurked on DD's BMB so I'm looking forward to being more active this time.
I introed on the June board too but think I'll likely be playing over here if you'll have me:)
Finally!!! I feel like I’ve been waiting forever for this board! This will be #3 for us, DH (27) and I (27) have been married 5 years and we have two boys (3yrs & 2yrs). EDD is July 8, which makes me 5w1d but I have my first appt on Monday to find out for sure! So happy to be here with all of you!
Hi all! My name is Cass, and I own a music school and am an avid athlete/acro yoga performer. ^_^ I'm turning 30 in January, and this is my first pregnancy - EDD July 1st! Hubby is 36. We are SO EXCITED and I am also HELLA nervous (which I suppose is normal). So excited that this group exists, and can't wait to get to know you all.
Hi ladies! So glad we finally have our board! For those of y’all that weren’t on the other thread, im 29 and my husband is 32. This is our first pregnancy and we are so excited but I am also crazy nervous! Due July 6
@asupernovablizzardstorm uncertain!! I have a very large, very diverse friend crew so not totally nailed down yet... perhaps a night of music and dance and board games? what about you??
Hi ladies! Missed out on the other thread, but excited to be here now. My husband and I are 32, and we’re expecting our 3rd this July (EDD- 7/7). Our boys are 3 and 1.5.
Hello Ladies! About 5 weeks right now- first time at this rodeo. Excited but so nervous!!! 34, will be 35 when the baby comes. Very into Crossfit and competitive swimming- wondering how my workouts will need to change as we progress. Happy and healthy pregnancy’s to everyone!!!
Hi Everyone! I echo everyone else's comments that it's nice to finally have a board open for us. I'm 34 (will be 35 when I deliver) and my husband is 40. We've been married 9 years and this will be the first child for both of us. EDD is 7/5 although we will see if that is modified at my first appointment next week. So excited to get to know you ladies.
Hi everyone! Love reading your stories. I am a stay at home mom of two - a boy who just turned five and a girl who turned 2 in August.
*tw* We dealt with secondary infertility trying to conceive my daughter with two losses in there too, which was really tough. After a few rounds of clomid we took a break and boom, we got pregnant. *end tw*
My girl has me so wrapped around her finger that I am STILL breastfeeding, ahh. In fact just got my first period back Oct 1, and miraculously we got pregnant that cycle. We are ecstatic, shocked, and cautiously optimistic but most of all so grateful to be having this experience again.
I have an almost 3 year old, ttc again for just 4 months but had two early miscarriages in that time. Now every time my nausea goes away or I have more energy I get worried I’ve lost another. But trying to not think about t and carry on. Getting an ultrasound at 7 weeks so just trying to get through until then.
Hi ladies! So happy to be here with you all. I am 27 will be 28 when this babe comes. I have two children. 3.5yo boy and 2yo girl. I believe I ovulated late but according to my LMP my due date is 7/15 and I am 4w2d today.
Hi Ladies!!! I did post in the waiting room, but will elaborate here. I’m Danielle and I’m 34. I’ve been with my husband for 16 years, married for almost 9! This will be our second child. We have a 19 month old son who is our everything so it will be interesting to see our family dynamics change. I got my BFP on Oct 22nd and EDD is July 2nd. Like I said before I still check in with my last BMB almost daily so I’m excited to be here and get to know you ladies.
