Hi I'm Amber I live in California I am 36 years old I have five children ages 17 my only girl 12,8 and twin five-year-olds I am 9 weeks and 6 days pregnant with number 6
@mrskoz428 Our wedding day actually ended up being one of the rainiest days in 100 years in Seattle! Our families told us that is a sign of fertility. I guess they were right!
I am a 30 yo just over 9 weeks along with my first baby! My due date is May 25th. I’ve been feeling pretty normal (although pretty tired) but the nausea has kick in in the last few days, I feel pretty consistently tired and nauseous, and nothing seems to help:(
REALLY looking forward to getting to trimester 2 when things calm down a bit. Look forward to this journey with you all!
Hi! My name is Audrey and I honestly thought I would never be on another birth board again but here I am 7 years later! Our first qas born on October 13, 2011 and we were pretty content in just having one but it looks like fate has a different plan, haha!
I am 30 yrs old, married for 12 years this December and have a very spunky 7 year old daughter. We live in Northern Nevada and I am currently going to school to get my secondary education degree with a major in art and minor in special education. My husband is a medically retired Army SGT and is currently going to school full time as well getting his degree in graphic design.
Little bean's due date is May 20th and everything so far has been good. I am considered high risk because of my weight and my OB is actually advocating for a VBAC which is pretty exciting. Our daughter was stubborn and never turned, so I had a c section with her one day before her due date.
I'm excited to go on this journey with all of you lovely ladies and can't wait to get to know you!
Hey there- I'm a bit late to the board but looking forward to learning more! I'm 32 (FTM) and DH and I are working with a midwife team. LO is currently 11w and due May 14 next year previous MC in March at 6w so excited to almost be to 2nd trimester. I'm in Ontario so hello from Canada!
Hi I’m Holly and I’m currently 11 weeks 3 days. This is mine and my husbands first baby! Due date is 5/12! I’ve been nervous since my first ultrasound was 7 wks 1day and I haven’t had symptoms other than nausea and sore breasts. Always feeling anxious that something could go wrong
Hello! I've been lurking around here for a couple of weeks, and finally pushing myself to actually do the intro and say hello.
I'm 27 and a FTM, babys's due date is tentatively 10/18 - I'm 11w2d today. Baby is the size of a like! Dating is based on my LMP, because husband and I were "not not-trying" aka not charting or temping at all but no protection and healthier life choices. Baby measured two days behind LMP dating at my 8 week ultrasound, but shouldn't be anything to worry about since all the dates are approximations.
Husband and I live in Virginia - I work in a corporate office as an analyst and husband is (currently) a real estate lawyer, although he's actively job searching.
I'm looking forward to meeting all of you, and wishing everyone happy and healthy pregnancies and babies!
Hello y’all! This is our surprise baby #5! While I am thrilled hubby is a little nervous. We have an almost 13 year old daughter, and 8,3,2 year old boys. We are team green this time around because hey we were already shocked, why not make it fun. I am in nursing school and currently taking a break due to some health issues I have. Hoping for a girl so send all that pink baby dust this way!
Hello! I just found out I'm pregnant this weekend with our miracle baby! We already have a 7 year old boy (still close with the ladies from his birth month group!), but I was diagnosed with cancer when he was a toddler and we weren't sure if the treatment had done too much damage to my ovaries. I had done some fertility treatments but the RE was pushing donor eggs on me and I had about given up. We even got a puppy that I nicknamed our infertility puppy! The past few weeks, I have been really nauseous and my husband kept saying that I was pregnant and it turned out he was right! First doctor appointment is tomorrow. I'm pretty sure my EDD is 5/28!
Hi everyone! I'm 11 weeks today, and I finally decided to come back to the community after three years of trying post miscarriage (2015). I've been hesitant to invest emotionally, but I think I'm safe now so here I am! This is our first, and we're due May 23!
@babygator15 your story makes me so happy for you!!! Congratulations on beating cancer AND being pregnant! I hope you have an easy smooth pregnancy and delivery!!
Hi everyone, I somehow missed this thread but better late than never I am D, over 40 yrs old and married for 8 yrs. Hubby and I didn’t think we would ever have kids. About 4 yrs ago I stopped taking the pill as we decided to see if it would happen naturally as my clock was ticking and if it was meant to be. We weren’t really trying, So when I didn’t get my period it was a total surprise. We are so happy and thrilled and at the same time a little scared given higher risks because of my age. So far, things look good, baby growing well and and due date is May 15. we haven’t told anyone yet as we are still nervous of something going wrong. Our families will be in shock, they had gotten used to the fact we were planning to only be the 2 of us. so excited to be part of this community and go through this crazy journey with all of you.
I’m new to this app! I’m married, have a 2 year old girl and I’m due May 5. I stay at home and sew children’s clothes to bring in extra income. I live in Texas. Nice to meet everyone!
Hi Everyone, Currently 10w6d prego w/my little babe. It's been a tough journey getting here *TW* Had a 20wk loss to pprom Jan 2017 and ended up doing IVF. *endTW* Feeling hopeful for a happier ending this time. Due date is May 28th.
I've had multiple ultrasounds already due to the IVF and developing a subchorionic hematoma (scary but ultimately it resolved and not affecting anything) so it's been nice to see things progressing. Things have been rougher this time around with nausea and fatigue so I'm reeaaaallly looking forward to some relief in the 2nd tri.
I’m new here too, and although I’ve read the rules, i’m still figuring out the app and its quirks, so please let me know if I’m doing anything wrong!
I’m 30 and pregnant for the first time, due May 25th. I’ve been waiting to post here because I’ve been afraid something would go wrong, but having seen what a supportive community this is, i’m hoping to share in this experience with you all. Like many others, my husband and I have been trying for a long time, and were extremely shocked and thrilled to actually see a positive on the last pregnancy test.
Hello everyone! Im 33 & due May 17th. This is my 6th pregnancy. I have one amazing little boy that is a little over a year old. Ive been married for almost 2 years. I look forward to getting to know y'all!
a little late to the game here! I’m 34, from Boston, and will be 15 weeks tomorrow (Due May 1). Rainbow baby, so didn’t want to jinx things/let myself get my hopes up, but second trimester and it’s looking good!! Hope you’re all having ‘good’ days!
Hope it’s not too late to join all you ladies.!! I was apart of May 2017 but I was mainly a lurker. Two years later and I am here again. I had identical twin girls in May of 2017 and I am expecting twins again May of 2019. My husband I are freaking out!! Hoping to participate a lot more this time around ladies
@missy052819 thanks!! We will be 11weeks tomorrow. My EDD is May 30th. Although I feel like there is a chance all my kids may end up with the same birthdate because with my last set I was induced due to cholestasis. They believe there is a 85% chance I will get cholestasis again and need to be induced early May which is around my girls birthdate.
Hi all, I am new to posting, although I believe I have had this account since my 2nd LO was born in 2012. We are expecting on May 22, 2018, with our third. We are a family with two boys, 9 & 6, in CT. Can't wait to get to know all of you!
Hi! Late to the game here since I wasn't sure if I wanted to join another BMB since I'm still so close with my first but I figured if it worked out so well the first time, why not try again?? I've been married to DH for 3 years and we have 1 DS who will be 2 in January. Found out I was pregnant with #2 right before labor day and our current due date is May 4th! (DH's birthday is May 7). Looking forward to meeting you all!
Welcome @twinmomxx2! I am a twin mom (boys 21 months) expecting a singleton. I had cholestasis last time too, ugh. I am hoping to avoid it this time — the odds they gave me for recurrence are lower than yours, probably bc I am not having twins this time. I still need to deliver 3-4 weeks early bc of other complications.
Finally joining in on the conversation here! I'm from Texas, I'm 30 and this is my first pregnancy. I'm 12 weeks this week (Due May 20). Looking forward to more help and support from each other here!
Finally joining in! I'm from oklahoma, I'm 25. This is my 4th baby! My DH and I have been together 8 years but married only 1. I'm 11 weeks and due may 31st!
Hi Ladies. I have been lurking for quite a while. I didn't feel comfortable telling many people or posting until after I saw my doctor and got confirmation. That appointment was this Thursday. For some reason, the doctors in my office don't see you for the first time until between 11 and 12 weeks. Estimated due date is May 25th but my doctor said based on my BMI, age (39) and previous birth history (mild pre-e and cholestasis), she is going to recommend I don't go over 39 weeks.
My husband and I live in Michigan and have two boys age 5 and 3.
You know that girl who goes to the doctor for birth control and finds out she's pregnant? Surprise: that girl is me!
A bit of backstory: I am mother to a 6 year old son and a 2 year old son. I was always told I had fertility issues and would have trouble getting pregnant. I found out my husband cheated on me when our youngest was only two weeks old. Then drugs came into play. We began going through a divorce. I started dating an old high school boyfriend, went to the doctor, boom...shock of my life.
So now I'm almost 14 weeks pregnant and my life is finally getting a bit of a routine to it. There's still drama and it's more than complicated but I'm happy. My kids have the father figure that they've always needed. I got a second chance with the one that got away. Plus we're adding to the bunch and starting to build a life to be happy about.
About the pregnancy so far: it's totally different from when I was pregnant with both of my sons, which were almost identical pregnancies. I had horrible HG with both and felt miserable all the time. This time around I feel pretty great other than the exhaustion and leg cramps. My due date is May 14, 2019 and I'm thinking girl. We are having our gender reveal party next Sunday!
@BriannaE129129 it sounds like you and I have almost the same bump group from the past! My son was just a month ahead of yours in Dec 2016. My due date with this one is May 4th also. We’re due date twins!
Hello all!!! I’m so excited to be here after trying for this pregnancy for almost a year! We have a daughter who is 3.5 years old and growing up as an only child I knew I wanted my daughter to have a sibling and I’m so glad that she will! I’m due May 27 (yay for holiday birthdays haha). Can’t wait to talk to all of you and go on this journey together!!

I'm a scientist who is always researching, so I've been reading all kinds of pregnancy books to help me take care of my growing LO.
