    Good Afternoon - just popping on to say that I can't recommend the high waisted C-PANTY highly enough! Amazon Prime those babies your way! They are made with a silicone patch in the front to aid in the healing of your incision site, but I always wore them over other underpants so I didn't have to wash them *every* day. They made such a huge difference after my second c-section - especially at night. It was so much more comfortable to have everything held still and in place.  ;)

    (Sorry if you're a veteran c-section mama and know all of this already!)
