Any appointments? Questions?: My next appointment is 11/6 and will be closer to 12 weeks at that appointment so they're counting it.
Rants/Raves?: DH is just glowing when I feel horrible because he's thankful that things are going well. Every time I toss my dinner, he goes WOOHOO! and then tells a dad joke like "I'm gonna stop buying you dinner if you're not going to keep it down" it's funny in hind sight but not so much when your head is in a toilet.
How are you feeling?: Hurting since I have a large cyst on my left ovary that isn't getting smaller yet and the pressure from LO, a full bladder, and slight constipation on my cyst is not fun.
GTKY: This year's Halloween Costume and DD or DS if you're a STM+!I'm going to be Tina from Bob's Burgers this year... I joked with my best friend that I shouldn't shave my legs since Tina has stubble on hers. DH didn't like that very much lol!

Any appointments? Questions?: November 6th. No questions. Just excited to hopefully hear the heartbeat this time.
Rants/Raves?: I managed to walk on the treadmill on my lunch break for the first time in a looong time. Hopefully, I can just get myself into a routine.
How are you feeling?: Just tired. We had a busy weekend (and I didn’t get my naps with DS which helps me recharge haha) that I’m still trying to bounce back. While I feel like I’m finally starting to feel my normal tired again rather than first trimester exhausted, I could have very easily gone to bed at 7pm.
GTKY: This year's Halloween Costume and DD or DS if you're a STM+! DS is going to be a puppy dog. I bought cat ears and a tail at Walmart just for fun, but Husband and DS have been playing with them, so now my cat ears are stretched out (husband) and sticky (DS). 🙄

Any appointments? Questions?: I have an elective sonogram Saturday to see the heartbeat.
Rants/Raves?: I briefly found the heart beat on my Doppler!!!! 164!
How are you feeling?: Pretty good. Still congested and sleepy as hell.

Any appointments? Questions?: Friday!!! I'll be 10+1 so I'm sure the doc will to try to find the heartbeat and I feel like there's a good shot he'll do an US
Rants/Raves?: I have mixed feelings over this baby being hit or miss (more miss) on carrying for sweets. It's probably a good thing but I don't want to miss all the holiday goodies.
How are you feeling?: still feeling very in between my previous pregnancies. Pretty consistent low grade nausea but I have yet to get sick. So I'm glad I *feel* pregnant without being too outlandishly ill. I also wrot my sea bands today (I'd been wearing them but I forgot for over a week) and they helped me feel pretty normal today.
GTKY: This year's Halloween Costume and DD or DS if you're a STM+! If I do anything, we're having a Disney dress up day at school so i might make a Mike Wazowski t-shirt. My girls will be wearing fleece onesies for Rainbow Dash and a unicornDue date/W+D: 5/24, 10w3d

How are you feeling?: so tired, but less nauseous than I had been feeling except when I let myself get hungry. Then I feel like garbage

Any appointments? Questions?: I had an appointment yesterday! They moved up my due date a few days as well. My son was with me at the appointment and he looked concerned about what they were doing to me. I wish he didn't have to attend such appointments.
Rants/Raves?: I have to take my dog to the vet today, which is an annoying chore, especially since I have to bring my son with me. Trying to handle a toddler and a large, excited dog at the same time isn't easy.
How are you feeling?: Pretty good. I had some bleeding last week that freaked me out but it turns out all is well.
GTKY: This year's Halloween Costume and DD or DS if you're a STM+! DS was a hobbit for our celebration of Halloween. I re-wore my Cruella DeVille costume from another year because I didn't want to spend money since we don't do much for Halloween anymore (and all my other Halloween costumes would have been too tight right now).Due date/W+D: 5/28, 10 weeks

How are you feeling?: Mostly good but i threw up this morning for the first time this pregnancy. Not bad at 10 Weeks! Maybe I won’t throw up again. I often feel very nauseous but rarely throw up so I’ll count myself lucky
GTKY: This year's Halloween Costume and DD or DS if you're a STM+! Probably something simple like a cat. We were going to go to a party but it was far away and the weather was bad. H and I were planning on being bags of ice and DS was going to be a baby (ice ice baby). Instead we’re just handing out candy at home and DS will wear this penguin onesie pajama outfit he has and that’s that.Due date/W+D: May 28, 10 weeks

Any appointments? Questions?: First midwife appt on Thursday. So excited to hear how this little babe is doing. It’s my first time using a midwifery practice so I’m also excited to check it out and compare and contrast my experience with my previous doctor.
Rants/Raves?: We are planning a surprise 60th bday party for MIL this weekend. I have spent the entire planning process reigning my SIL in. I’m shocked that I know what MIL would want better than her daughter, but I do know for a fact that she does not want a really big affair. In fact, SIL’s guest list is already far bigger than she would like to see. We have so much prep work to do for this weekend and yet all SIL can focus on is finding replacement guests for the couple of ppl who backed out. I tried to explain that it was probably for the best that we have a few less ppl but she’s just not getting it. I just want to scream at her
How are you feeling?: I think my energy is slowly coming back. Yay! Just in time for my busy week of party prep.

Rants/Raves?: Rave: A few maternity pieces were delivered this weekend and the timing is perfect! Rant: A few women at work have noticeably been staring at my belly, I'd like to wait until mid-December to spread the news at the office but I don't think I'll be so lucky.
How are you feeling?: I feel like the nausea is getting better from last week but my energy level is still so low. On the up side - I am starting to get *really* excited about this pregnancy, up until this point I've been so anxious and worrisome. now I'm like 1/3 excited 2/3 anxious....balance.

Rants/Raves?: This roller coaster ride of emotions is a bit much. Every day I wake up it's like, "okay, how am I feeling today/right now?" and subject to change at any given moment...sighhhh

GTKY: This year's Halloween Costume and DD or DS if you're a STM+!Hid out of Halloween festivities this year since all my friends would figure it out real quick if I showed up to their parties and wasn't partaking in festivities.
Due date/W+D: I finally had my first appointment!! But they refused to move my due date so they are keeping it with my LMP, which is June 2nd, womp womp. So now I am 9 weeks 2 days. I'm not switching my bump group though because I love you all too much!

Any appointments? Questions?: Finally got my first ultrasound and it was such a relief to see the baby wiggling away and waving its arm. (Also, I am thankful there was only one in there!) I am going to call my insurance about the different genetic tests that the doctor recommended but I am still not really sure how I feel about them.
Rants/Raves?: I am so unbelievably happy baby is okay so far!!
How are you feeling?: Still nauseous, but starting to be less nauseous and a bit less tired too so I think things are finally starting to improve.
GTKY: This year's Halloween Costume and DD or DS if you're a STM+! I am going as a person too exhausted to bother with a costume this year, which makes me sad! I usually do something if only to make my coworkers laugh at the weirdo dressing up. Any ideas for something quick I can do??@stellarkelly I know what you mean about people figuring it out. I went to a work event where vendors took us to a concert recently and someone asked why I wasn't drinking. They were asking if I was pregnant and I couldn't help but smile.... I think they figured it out but I don't care.

Any appointments? Questions?: My first appt with my OB is on Friday! I met her in passing at previous appts and I already have a much better feeling about her and this office than I did with my previous practice a the very beginning of my pregnancy.
Rants/Raves?: My previous practice still hasn't released my records from my annual visit. I had an annual scheduled before I found out I was pregnant and went in for a pap, etc at about 4 weeks. At that appt, my midwife started my on BP meds right away for one borderline BP reading and wouldn't hear discussion about trying to lower it naturally (low-salt diet mostly). I sat on it for a week and went ahead with another practice where the doctor measured my BP and said that as long as I don't cut calories too much and watch my sodium, she would prefer to keep me off BP meds until I really need them. (My mom had BP issues during pregnancy and I have strong family history of HTN). I feel much better knowing I am doing what I can before starting meds and it has been going really well! Just trying to track down my pap results and stuff so I don't have to have it repeated!
How are you feeling?: Much better than a few days ago, I finally feel like myself again!
GTKY: This year's Halloween Costume: I will probably be asleep by 8pm, so we are keeping it low-key and passing out candy at home! My dog is going to be a taco though!Due date/W+D: May 23, 10w6d

Any appointments? Questions?: My 12 week appointment is next week on Tuesday.
Rants/Raves?: We're in the process of selling our first home and had a buyer quickly. It fell through about 10 days ago and it only took another week to be sale pending with a new buyer! Fx this one goes through! Also, i had to do an early glucose test due to my weight (which is only about 10lbs more than where I was with DS, but I digress). That's soooo much worse in the early weeks, but I passed!
How are you feeling?: Other than the fatigue, I'm good. I'm dealing with early constipation but doing my best to stay on top of that because that was terrible last go-around.
