When I was in my 20s, I was working for a luxury apparel brand running their e-commerce dept. When their flagship store admin was on vacation, I also had to fill-in for running the cash room (balance registers, put together deposit, etc). So one Monday that I was on-duty, I had gone out the night before and was absolutely H U N G O V E R. I had to count out for the weekend sales and it was ROUGH. At lunch I came back with a big salad, but after I was done I plopped a giant bag reese's pieces, a giant bag of sour patch kids and a magnum sized can of red bull onto the lunch table. OH the looks I got. I ended up scooping it up and quickly locking myself away in the cash room with my sugar haul for the rest of the day.
I'm also not really big on sweets, and I especially can't/won't eat it right now with my PCOS but before I knew about my insulin resistance, in no particular order I'd have to choose:
Chocolate or yogurt covered raisins M&Ms Gummy frogs (you know the green apple flavoured gummies with a marshmallow base?)
Honestly though, even when I did eat candy, I only needed maybe a small handful and I'd be done. The Halloween sized bags of M&Ms where you get like 10 pieces would last me the entire day.

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (DH and I just had a looooooooong road trip discussion about the entire Reese's line-up and what was best, including the eggs/pumpkins/trees, the new "Big Cup", Reese's Pieces, et al. We take our peanut butter & chocolate very seriously.)
Twix. Mostly because when you get the regular size it feels like 2 candy bars instead of just one.
1. Ghirardelli peppermint bark 2. Reese's Pieces 3. Oreos or chocolate covered pretzels? Idk, neither of these are candy, but I'm just not into candy, more deserts or sweets. Edit: Twix. Forgot about that one. That's my 3rd.
@marebear15 Ooooh Ghirardelli. You fancy. Peppermint bark is next level. I also forgot about the Andes mint chocolates you get from Olive Garden. M&Ms are getting bumped.

@chichiphin we were so close, you lost me at almond joy...I mean I'll eat it, but not top 3 @zamora_spin my DH loves those mini-eggs, the chocolate with the candy shell, right. they make a Christmas version now. @riff323 black jelly beans... ick. 1. Trolli Sour Gummy Worms (candy) 1. Reese's Holiday themed (egg/pumpkin/tree). I prefer the PB/Choc ratio in the holiday themed ones (Choc) 3. Snickers
I also really like the Halloween sized boxes of nerds and heath bars

@Avrilmai Yes, exactly those. THEY MAKE A CHRISTMAS VERSION? I love those things. I like to hold them in my mouth so the shell kind of crumbles and the chocolate starts to melt...
1. These sea salt milk chocolate covered caramels from a chocolate shop in Portland that I used to work at: Moonstruck. OMG the best. I also love Milky Ways, Twix, anything with caramel is going in this slot (except ones with nuts lol)
@zamora_spin We found them for the first time last year! My DH was so excited. He bought 2 bags on the spot. spoiler bc the pic is huge. eta: DH said the Easter ones are better, but that may be in his head.

@Avrilmai, @zamora_spin I forgot about the Cadbury Mini Eggs!! Also, just so you know, I mistakenly bought a bag of white chocolate Cadbury mini eggs last year. Apparently that’s a thing now. I mean...I still ate them all... it just wasn’t the same.
Am I the only old lady around here with sensitive teeth who can't eat frozen chocolate bars? I also don't like ice cream with chocolate pieces in it (like rolos). Cookie pieces are fine but the candy is too hard.

@kiki047 I have sensitive teeth, too. I can't do cold caramel at all. I had ice cream with Twix pieces in it and I thought I was going to break a tooth.
@kiki047@emeraldduchess I was trained for years by my grandma, who used to keep everything in her freezer (hostess cupcakes, Reese’s, etc) and fridge (all other candy). I blame her for my sweet tooth and affinity for cold things! Now it just makes me nostalgic and reminds me of her 😊
@lcking82 we’d be the perfect sarburst pain. I give away my red/yellows. @emeraldduchess I feel the smal way about Halloween milk duds, like seriously 4!? @zamora_spin Good and Plenty!? We can’t be friends @minnek8 I also only eat Milky Way at Halloween, especially the dark ones
@kiki047 I totally shouldn't eat frozen candy but I still do! My teeth hate me for it after, the caramel gets so hard!! I seriously thought I ruined my tooth once after biting into a frozen milky way thankfully I didn't, I still love them though.
