  I second Hazel. Penelope is not my style, though I know it's getting increasingly popular, and Harper is very common these days.

  LOVE Hazel! I think it depends on the 'feel' you are going for... Hazel is kind of vintage and Harper is kind of cutesy. (And I am not implying that either of those is BAD!)

  I like the nickname Penny but Penelope has never sounded nice to me. Harper is too trendy for my taste.
