Any appointments? Questions? Next appointment is a week from today. I’m doing a Centering group through my midwives practice (hospital based) where moms with similar due dates meet together to share experiences and concerns and get weight, urine, blood pressure, heartbeat checked. The first group one is next Monday and we do these instead of individual appointments. A little hesitant—I will let you all know how it goes.
Rants/Raves? Still need our house to sell and the market is dead.🤞🏻
How are you feeling? Good. Running (slowly) and going to spin.
GTKY: What’s something you miss from pre-pregnancy/kids?
Ha!!! I don’t even remember. Our oldest is 14.
@catherineclaire78 my parents haven been trying to sell their house since July. This market stalling has been stressing me out because my mom is so stressed out

Everything and everyone is irritating me lately. I can’t help it but I’m irritating myself for always being cranky lol

Just crummy. Nausea is still here and I’m permanently exhausted. Pinched my back up over the weekend so I haven’t been sleeping well
GTKY: What’s something you miss from pre-pregnancy/kids?

Rants/Raves? Been feeling baby move the past few days! It's the only thing I truly love about pregnancy.
How are you feeling? Not too bad, had a nasty bout of bloating last night but it's faded today. I'm a little tired but I have enough energy to stay up for a bit tonight and that's an amazing thing as far as I'm concerned. It's been awhile for that.
GTKY: What’s something you miss from pre-pregnancy/kids? The freedom to go out and do anything we want as a couple without worrying about finding a sitter or having to wake up early in the morning. And I don't just mean drinking but also random traveling or weekend getaways that weren't pre-planned. I enjoy being a parent everyday but I think all parents miss freedom now and then.
@blueberrymomma, oh my gosh, me too with the pregnancy rage. I have no patience for anyone that's an adult - just barely enough to spare for my own kid and the kids I teach. Ugh!

Any appointments? Questions? I have a checkup tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get to hear the heartbeat again. Now that I've been feeling mildy better (knock on wood) this week, I don't even really feel pregnant, just fat.
Rants/Raves? My boss ticked me off tonight and I'm still feeling ragey from that. My sciatica is also kicking my ass this week. But! I did work out three days last week, and I've been able to eat almost normal meals again!

GTKY: What’s something you miss from pre-pregnancy/kids?
Hmm... probably the alone time with DH. My son was unplanned, so DH and I didn't really get a honeymoon phase, we jumped right into parenting. Not that I would change it for anything, but sometimes I get a little jealous of DH giving our son attention when I want it, lol.

Any appointments? Questions? Check up on Thursday, can’t wait to hear the heartbeat again! Also looking forward to scheduling my anatomy scan that day
Rants/Raves? I hate pregnancy comparisons. Every pregnancy is different, every baby is different. Just because you think you’re having a more difficult time than I am, doesn’t mean that I’m not also suffering. On that note - the other day I made a post on Instagram saying how pregnancy is pretty rough. A girl commented saying “yeah it’s no fun when you can’t eat at all and you’re stuck in the ER all the time...” maybe I interpreted it wrong, but I felt that it was really passive aggressive coming from this person in particular. This isn’t the pain olympics 🙄
How are you feeling? As of this exact second, fine. This weekend was shitty beyond belief thanks to severe acid reflux, but I think I finally have it under control. Papaya enzymes, nauzene, gin gins and plenty of water have kept me from throwing up for the last 48 hours!
GTKY: What’s something you miss from pre-pregnancy/kids? Being able to go out and get a drink with DH. A margarita and nachos. We miss our margarita Mondays!

Any appointments? Questions? Just had my 16 week appointment this morning! Went so good. Took forever to find the heartbeat (nerve wrecking) but it's a healthy 150 bpm! Yay!
Rants/Raves? I've been eating terrible the last few weeks... like McDonald's and pizza. But that's all that sounds good! I haven't weighed myself since last appointment a month ago so I was real nervous..only gained 1 pound, whew! Win! Lol
How are you feeling? Pretty great! My energy is back. I feel like a human again. A few dizzy spells but not much else.
GTKY: What’s something you miss from pre-pregnancy/kids? Being able to go out with just my husband whenever we want. So many times after we put my son to bed, we just want to run to the store together but cant!
