So I went to the Dr. before our first appointment since I was spotting and having pain only on my left side and feared ectopic, but got this instead...

First congrats! Now, if you wouldn't mind, could you take a moment to introduce yourself in our Intro thread (if you haven't yet)? And then please read over the Organization thread (starts out with Read This First). And finally, while I understand your excitement and shock, we have a special thread for AW ultrasounds that this would have been much better suited for.
