hi I’m new here and could use a lot of help with understanding my basal temp. I’m on month 4 of trying and I temped last month and my temp stated high and I still got my period. Help I don’t understand. If I’m posting in the wrong spot let me know thank you
There is a thread called chart stalk and questions.
Everybody's bodies are different. Some people's temp will stay high until after their period starts or is over
As Holly said above, there is a thread dedicated to questions and chart stalks
There is a thread at the top of the board that explains all of the guidelines we ask people to follow, I suggest you read that here
After reading that, lurk the board for a few days to get a feel for how we do things around here
Once you get a feel for how the board is run, introduce yourself in the weekly newbie thread. If there isn't one started for the current week, you can use an old one here, or you can start one yourself
Participate in the daily WTO or TWW thread depending on where you are at in your cycle
(ETA) Also, I suggest you change your user name so that it's not your actual IRL name, making it easy for creepy internet stalkers to find you
