Having lower back pain

Hello, I'm 37 weeks & 4 days. This will be my first child and what does it mean if i am having lower back pain this far in my pregancy? Someone please tell me. This is still all new to me. Thanks.

It means you’re pregnant. My back has been hurting for weeks now. If it’s cramping and going around to the front then it could be a contraction. If you’re really worried I would talk to your OB
