3 girls, 7,4, and 2.
How are your other kids doing this week? My 4 year old and 2 year old came home sick from their fathers house again this weekend. So we’re headed to the doctor today.
Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? It’s a pattern with my kids coming home sick from his house and since they live with me 90% of the time I’m the one to deal with it all the time.
I’ve lost 15 lbs over the last 2 weeks. I have no appetite. When I do make myself eat I end up super nauseous and/or vomit. Hoping that goes away soon. Definitely discussing with my OB next week at my appointment.

Good. DS keeps telling peoples that there are 2 babies in my belly, and now MIL is telling people that. So that’s fun explaining to people that I already had an US and there’s only 1
I was so happy that DD seemed to be doing better at dance yesterday(she not very coordinated but she loves it)

I had weird cramping all day yesterday, but it was more in my upper abdomin so I don’t think it was baby

Neither lol. I’m more of a middle of the day person. I love my sleep. I do wake up at 5:30 to go workout but I don’t enjoy waking up the early lol

How are your other kids doing this week? He's ok. He had this awful cough which had him in my bed almost every night for the past week. Finally last night he didn't wake me. He's doing much better with the me not picking him up too!

GTKY: Are you a night owl or a morning person? Night owl FOR SURE. I'm barely adjusting to having to go to sleep so early with this damn pregnancy exhaustion.

How are your other kids doing this week? She's good, spend a lot of time with grandparents this past weekend and yesterday so she's been a clingy momma's girl since getting home. I'm definitely not complaining
Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? Recieved a placenta previa diagnosis yesterday. Happy baby is healthy, depressed that I have to deal with the worry for whether or not it will move and how many issues it may cause me for the rest of the pregnancy. Home today because of a massive headache that I blame on my lack of sleep and stressful day yesterday.
GTKY: Are you a night owl or a morning person? Used to be a night owl but my husband agrees that I'm definitely a morning person now more out of necessity for work.

How are your other kids doing this week? Great! We got our first snow this week and the kids were besides themselves with excitement. I think I would be a little excited too if I had gotten the sprinklers blownout before it hit.
Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? I am just so freaking relieved that 1st tri is over. I am finally "out" to my boss, now to figure out non awkward ways to tell my (all male) coworkers.

How are your other kids doing this week? N is doing really well! She got to see both sets of grandparents this weekend, and she's been home all week: my husband took a mental health day yesterday and I took one today, so life is good for the little woman.
Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? We just found out this LO is a girl! I am so excited. Admittedly, my husband and I were both hoping for a boy - for me, I just want our kids to have their own identities and be seen as separate people, which I'm especially concerned about since they'll be so close in age, and I thought that battle might be easier if they were different sexes. But my husband and I are going to fight for that no matter what, and I can't stop thinking about how wonderful it will be to have two girls so close in age! Ahhh!!!!
GTKY: Are you a night owl or a morning person? 900% morning person. I naturally wake up early and love getting stuff done in the peace and quiet. In the evening, I fall asleep the moment my body stops being in motion. Especially with me being pregnant now, my poor husband hasn't made it through a TV show in MONTHS without me making him rewatch it a second time, starting from where I fell asleep.

@angelob88 I was told I had placenta previa at my 16 week scan for N. Immediately, every what-if ran through my mind and I was so stressed out and scared. Was told to take it easy and not have sex. Sooner rather than later - by either my 20 or 26 week scan - I was told my placenta had moved and there was nothing to worry about. Hoping things go the same way for you!

How are your other kids doing this week? Pretty good. I think we’re going through a growth spurt cause she seems to be eating constantly and napping more.

Just feeling super anxious after the bleeding scare Friday night. And I’m still super nauseous most of the time and having a hard time with food. Still haven’t told work but our office has been an icebox so I’m huddled in my sweater to keep warm and to hide the bruises on my arms from them trying to get a vein.
GTKY: Are you a night owl or a morning person? Despite the fact that I have to up at 5:30 to get to work I am NOT a morning person.

How are your other kids doing this week? He's alllllll over the place, climbing whatever he can and scaring the hell out of me. We're a little stuffy and had a fever over the weekend, but I think it's because he's finally cutting teeth, and he was a trooper about it anyway.
Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? I just want to feel normal again instead of sick and exhausted. I can't get anything done and being behind on everything at work and at home makes me super stressed!
GTKY: Are you a night owl or a morning person? I used to be a night owl. Now I am terrible at night and in the morning. I still prefer being up at night vs. getting up early, but it's pretty common for me to pass out while putting my son down at 8pm.

How are your other kids doing this week? All good. She gets her twin bed and "grown up" dresser on Friday. I'm so excited.
Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? We didn't do any first trimester "extras" so we are debating on going to a boutique ultrasound place around 15-16 weeks to see if we can determine the sex or wait until almost 21 weeks, when the anatomy scan is. Thoughts? Has anyone done an actual ultrasound that early and it was right?
GTKY: Are you a night owl or a morning person? It depends. When I was in school I was a night owl but now that I'm a mom, I'm a morning person because I have to be.
I had a few people I know who were told the wrong sex during their anatomy scan, we plan to do something later in pregnancy to confirm but I am so impatient and I want to know now lol.

How are your other kids doing this week? I feel like I’m a hostage negotiator. When they play together they generally get along really well but this week I’m not sure if it’s the change in weather or what but they’re driving me crazy!

Annoyed because my insurance doesn’t cover the genetic test my midwife ordered but at least the company that offers the test caps my cost at $349 instead of the full out of cost price my insurance quoted - $2000. I had just changed my benefits plan in June from a $6000 deductible to $12000 because we weren’t planning on any medical expenses this year. Clearly that changed when we got this surprise, lol.

She’s sick but feeling pretty good with regular doses of Motrin. I am jealous of her ability to take Motrin. Or sudafed. Man, I would like some sudafed.

DD has words!! Last night, she said “all done” SO clearly. Now, to teach her to use them more regularly. And then this morning she brushed my hair like I was the Barbie doll, haha.

night owl, but not to the level of DH (who regularly goes to bed between 2 & 3 am). I’m happy going to sleep at 11-12.

GTKY: Are you a night owl or a morning person? I'm definitely a night owl. I do like the idea of being a morning person, it's just never worked out for me.

How are your other kids doing this week? He had a great day at daycare yesterday, zero accidents! But I'm worried he might be getting sick, he's felt a little warm and had a temperature of 99 since I picked him up yesterday, hoping it doesn't get any higher.

I just got the results of my first trimester blood test, and they said everything was at the lowest levels, which means a less than 1/10000 chance of the 3 chromosomal abnormalities they were testing for. Our ultrasound was Tuesday, and it also went well, and it was so great to see LO moving all over the place!
GTKY: Are you a night owl or a morning person? Definitely a night owl, I always hate waking up, and I'm so much more productive in the afternoon and evening. Too bad working in the evening isn't really possible with a toddler...

DD is regressing with sleep currently, and I’m getting so frustrated. Second trimester is here and I still am exhausted, no desire to eat, and nauseous. Ugh, it’s so hard when my last pregnancy was the complete opposite.
GTKY: Are you a night owl or a morning person? Neither! I sleep in til 8:30-9 and don’t stay up very late. Lol
How many kids do you already have? Ages? DD just turned 3!
How are your other kids doing this week? No good! She was supposed to be "phasing in" to her morning program, but caught croup instead.
Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? I have my 12-week scan today and my PGAL brain is working overtime. Other than that, can't wait to say good-bye to first trimester.
GTKY: Are you a night owl or a morning person? Well, right now, I fall asleep on the couch any time after 9 and wake up around 8... so neither? Or, right now right now, I get up every 30 minutes for 15 minutes, so, neither? :P
