Advice on dealing with swollen feet pain

Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with swollen feet and the pain it comes with? At work I rarely sit down and my feet are extremely swollen and sore I just want to make it a little easier on myself. Any advice is appreciated.

RICE: Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. Lots of fluids and wear shoes with good foot support.

Walking can help...like going for an hour steady walk. It helps the circulation.

If you can afford it, with my first pregnancy I got a pedacure a few times, not really for the nice nails, but for the great foot and leg massage that goes with it! I teach ballroom dancing so the pregnancy was very hard on my feet and legs and that seemed to help a lot.

@jmirac28 Compression. I wear it everyday due to a lymphatic condition but look on amazon for compression socks or ask your dr about medical grade hose if the swelling is really bad.
