Pregnant after IF

Hi. Not sure if this is the right place to post but here it goes.
I have never ovulated on my own. My first (now 17 months old) was conceived via IUI after 2 years of trying other routes.
We have slight male factor infertility and I have Pcos.
After our DS we wanted a 2 year age gap or less so as soon as we could we went back to the clinic to do IUI again.
2 cycles and 2 chemical pregnancy later the doctor recommended IVF
My last IUI was over 30 injections for 1 folical. So logically made sense to go the IVF route.
So my AF was due the 8th of Oct so we could start IVF... I woke up on the 7th of Oct and decides to POAS and boom a BFP.
I went to do bloods on the 8th level is 113.
Went to 2 different doctor for scans to make sure it's not a cyst or something worse before I started to get my hopes up and both confirmed that they don't see any cysts. To early to see sac at this time but I am getting so excited. Bloods are booked for todat so hoping they double and this is our 1 in a million baby.
No symptoms at all so far and every other time I start puking my lungs out before a BFP
I have a fear that this is a dream because I can't even believe it.

IVF#2 Sept 2016 (microdose luporn pro - disappearing follies, ONLY ONE, convert to IUI) BFN
IVF#3 November 2016 (4 ER, 3 F, 3DT)-BFP
IVF#4 March 2017 //EPP (10 ER (1 wonky so 9 ER) 7F, 3B (5AB, (2)5BB) PGS tested- ALL abnormal
IVF#5 April 2017 // EPP (7 ER, 7F yes! 6B) 2/5 day 4/6 day - 2 PGS normal! yes!!
IVF#6 May 2017 // Antagonist didn't have time for Estrogen Priming...(4 ER, 3 F, 3B) (5AB, (2) 5BB) 2 PGS normal, yes!!
IVF#7 June 2017 // EPP praying this is it and then on to an FET!

That's amazing! I hope that little bean sticks and gets comfortable there for the next 9 months!
